10 East Wind, a premier vacation rental in Palmetto Dunes Plantation, is a beautiful new home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This 4 bedroom, 5 full baths and 2 half bath home is brand new and has all the amenities you could dream of. 10 East Wind was recently featured on the Hilton Head Island 2010 Architect Tour of Homes. The 1st floor consists of a beautiful granite bar area that opens out to the perfect outdoor living space, and adjacent to the new pool and spa, which makes it perfect for entertaining. We have been going to Hilton Head for years. This house is gorgeous, and on a very quiet part of Palmetto Dunes. Has one main living/kitchen/dining great room upstairs, with master on that same level. Other three bedrooms downstairs, which gave good separation from upstairs master. Also, had a large den on the bottom floor, which we used for watching movies. Gorgeous finishes, with lots of bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms downstairs could also function as master bedrooms.
The pool is bigger than expected, and is quite private, with plantings separating it well from the adjacent homes. Great for kids, with a large ledge and easy stepped entry.
We would definitely stay here again.
Our only issue was the pool heat was not turned on until after we arrived. Once we contacted the management company, it was heated up within a few hours. -

Our stay at 10 East Wind was amazing! The house was simply stunning and perfect for our family vacation. The team at Beach Properties was very accommodating and easy to work with. We can't wait to return in the future!

The house was incredibly gorgeous. The decor was part of the experience and the views lend to soothing relaxation. Pool and hot tub were great as was the proximity to the ocean (only a few steps away).

The pool, hot tub, beach a few steps from the house was wonderful. Kitchen every thing you need & more. Sleeping arrangements great. Location close to everything.

You won't be disappointed with this place!!! The home is beautiful, but not to the point that you can't feel like you can put your feet up. The pool is a great size for all the people we had, the kids loved the hot tub. The beach is a great location-only a step away-because you are away from the crowds! Beach Properties does a great job of making sure you have everything you need, and the place is always very clean! If you have a question or problem they are always quick to respond. It was our 3rd trip to HH, but our second stay at 10 East Wind-and hope to have many more stays!!!

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. The views of the beach were very pretty and most bed rooms had a view also! It was a 20 second walk to the beach-so easy! They pool at the house was nice, with a covered large patio. I would rate everything a 9-it was a wonderful house and vacation!
