The Lighthouse Tennis Villa complex has recently undergone a major exterior renovation and looks GREAT! Guests will enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath; second-floor villa located in the center of it all! The living room is nicely furnished and opens to the villas dining area where there is seating for 4. The galley kitchen is completely equipped and has a washer and dryer unit. This unit was clean, recently updated and comfortable. It was also walking distance to Harbour Town, and we took advantage of that walk often.
The pool was a great time. Very clean and not too warm or cold. The pool bathrooms weren't cleaned as often as we'd like, but they were passable. -

Beginning with my first contact with the Beachside Getaway office personnel, our entire experience was fantastic. The staff were so helpful and extremely friendly!
Our condo was immaculate, spacious and beautiful! We really felt like Royalty. We loved the location in the middle of Sea Pines. We were close to both South Beach and Harbour Town. The private pool was never crowded and very well maintained. Having a bike rental so close to our rental condo was an amazing convenience, too.
The only part that was disappointing was having to leave!!! We cannot wait to return!
