We have stayed in 4 different villas in the Beach Walk area of Shipyard. This by far was the most beautiful and very well remodeled unit. Everything was up to date.
Kitchen appliances were nice and clean but not extravagant. Kitchen opens out over the separate dining room and into the living room. The kitchen can be tight if many people are in it. There is an eat-in area in the kitchen and a dinning room. Master bedroom is a nice roomysize. The tv in this room is too small though, difficult to see from the bed. The 2nd bedroom had 2 double beds which was nice.
The door code was wonderful, no more searching for keys!!! You just go to the unit, no need to stop by a rental agency first!!! I would highly recommend this unit.
Rent bikes to walk or ride to the beach or you can ride the free trolley that is close by. Patriot Bikes have been great the last 3 years. -

Great place...5min walk to the beach, 2min walk to the pool. The Townhouse was spaceous for a family of 4. Grill needed to be cleaned and a new tank, called Sunset Rentals and they took care of it within an hour

Weather was too hot. We all came down w/something that resembled flu (all 5 of us!) Couldn't trace it to food as we all ate differently. Believe it was s/t in villa - was a/o sick there the week before?

This rental was perfect for our family vacation.
Located near the beach entrance is ideal for families with children looking for a beach vacation. The cleanliness of the rooms and quality of numerous amenities are top notch. Will definitely stay there again.
