The vacation you always dreamed of awaits you at this beautiful and luxurious, 7 bedroom, 7 full bath / 2 half bath, 3rd row ocean home on Capri Lane in trendy North Forest Beach. The raised style of the home allows for garage parking for up to 6 cars at ground level, as well as a glimpse of the ocean from both the house and the raised pool and spa deck, which are heatable for an additional fee.

To the left of the 2-story entry foyer is an impressive great room. Along the back wall is a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen defined by a large island with a sink, dishwasher, wine cooler, and 6 barstools. In addition, this area features a sub...-zero refrigerator, double wall ovens, a gas cook-top stove, a walk-in pantry, and frosted glass cabinetry. A banquet-size dining table with 12 chairs occupies the center of the room and then the room transitions to an inviting sitting area with 2 overstuffed sofas, a built-in bookshelves, and a large flat-screen TV over the mantle. The room's outside wall is all windows and includes 2 sets of sliding doors that open to the pool and a view of mature palmetto trees and a glimpse of the ocean beyond.

A short hallway off the great room has another door to the pool deck, a convenient powder room, and the first of 7 bedrooms. This (#1) room features a queen-sized bed, TV, large closet, and private shower/bath. The hallway ends at the very private master bedroom (#2), which features a king-size bed, an armoire with TV/DVD, a walk-in closet, a large window wall with a slider door to the pool deck, and a private bath with a spa tub, a large walk-in shower, double vanities, and a separate water closet.

Off of the entry foyer, a second hallway leads to a laundry room, a corner bedroom (#3) with a king-size bed, large double closets, and a spacious private bath with a walk-in shower, and a charming nautical themed bedroom (#4) with 2 twin beds, a TV, and a private bath.

A grand stairway leads to the 2nd floor where there are 3 more bedrooms, a hall bath, a 2nd laundry room, and a spacious family room, which is brightened by windows on 3 sides and features comfortable seating, a TV/DVD, a game table, a wet bar with small refrigerator and coffee maker, and a slider door to a deck overlooking the pool. Bedroom #5 is a second master suite with a king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, a slider door to the deck, and a private bath with a spa tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 has 2 twin beds, a TV, and a private bath, and bedroom #7 has a queen-size bed, a TV, a slider door to the deck, and a private half-bath with a connecting door to a shared shower with the hall bath. The pool and or outdoor spa can be heated together or sperately for additonal charges.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.

  At first, My family saw this house on other websites and we were sure that we didn't want to buy it. As time went on, we became more fond of this house and decided we were going to rent it. Some family members were not exited about this. It was finally time to walk into our new house and when we walked in, we were astonished. It has a beautiful pool and a huge terrace. It is very convenient because it has many activities and stores right up the street from us. Also, the walk to the beach is literally 1 minute away! If you go to this fantastic house you will be sure to enjoy your stay. This house is fully equipped with different things including games, a barbaque grill and others. i think this house was definitely fantastic and we will be coming back.

  2 Capri is great. It has terrific amenities and a great location. Bedrooms are spacious and the Great Room/Kitchen is first rate. Pool has to be one of the larger on the island. in all, a terrific vacation experience.
