This rental made our vacation even more memorable because it was such a fantastic place to stay we didnt ever want to leave. It was the perfect distance to the beach, it was completely up to date with all its furniture, decore, and appliances and we enjoyed ourselves so much in this house. We would be happy to rent this place again for our future endevors. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large party.

My entire family (adult children) spent a week and the house was very comfortable and offered enough privacy for everyone. The location was perfect, the amenities were perfect, and the beach was perfect. We definitely want to come again.

We have been vacationing in HHI for years and years. The past few years we have traveled with our children, their children, and my daughter in laws family. House was great, just perfect. SunSet Rentals was great to work with. Was at the house a few mintues early and the cleaning crew was there, they were so helpful. They explained different things that pretained to the house inside and out. The furnishings were wonderful, both inside and out. Would recommend this house to everyone!
If I could give one suggestion, and this is probably the only reason we did not go through SunSet Rentals this year for vacation. When looking for a vacation rental home this past winter I came across a rental company in Hilton Head and they offered a deal t hat I did not have to pay my deposit till February. Which was wonderful... But I did call your offices to see if they would do the same and was denied. Other than that, everything was great with your company and all the different homes we have rented was gorgeous. Thank you for your help in the past. Hopefully we can do business again together. -

We had a fantastic vacation at this rental home. It was four couples my wife and I, our two daughters and their husbands and our three grandkids, and my brother and sister in law. There was plenty of room for everyone. The home appears to be new maybe two or three years old. The furnishings were great. It had a large dining room table where everyone could eat together. The pool and pool furniture were great. It is a short walk to the beach and little or no traffic on the short street. We plan on using this rental in the future.

The property was fatastic. We had five diiferent adult families and having a private bath for each bedroom was a must. Close and easy access to the beach for our morning walks. Probably my only "ding" is that the pool was little on the small side.

Very pleasantly surprised to find that this rental met all expectations. Would gladly stay here again. My family and I discuss every year but the timing and everyone's schedule does not come together. My wife and I have 4 children and the 3 older one's are boys (19, 21, 24) who brought their girlfriends and our youngest is a girl (15). There was no issue with anything. This was a very accomodating rental in a great location. My wife and I honeymooned on the island in 1979 and were surprised to find poolbar Jim still there within walking distance. We really did have a great vacation and hope to return someday. Much thanks!
