Just 4th row from the ocean and down the street from Coligny Plaza, this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home has a large private pool and hot tub for your enjoyment (both heatable for an additional fee). I thought that the house was beautiful, the elevator made it much easier for one of us with knee problems, plus unloading & loading was great. The house was clean and very well stocked, I especially liked that the kitchen was so well stocked. The proximity to the beach was fantastic.

Listing was well represented on the website...
location was great even though not beach front...very convenient...house was clean..well equipped and very comfortable...Our favorite feature was the pool and hot tub!! We all loved it. It was a great week for us and we would definitely consider 3 Osprey again...Thanks for a wonderful vacation!! -

This house is the perfect location. Very close to the beach, one small street away so it is almost like beach front. Large clean house, very nice furnishings. The house is clean and quiet. Pool is nice but exposed to street. The house is dog friendly which is a plus. Our dog loves going to the beach. The only bad point was that the elevator was moldy and did not function. The house is close to trails and within bike riding distance of shopping mall. We have stayed there twice!

We love Hilton Head and have been coming here for decades. We especially like the tranquility of the N. Forest Beach area. This house was simply perfect. Great kitchen and nice that all bedrooms had their own bath. Loved the all of the living areas and especially the screened porch. Just steps from the beach. We loved it!
