My family and I have spent the last 7 Thanksgiving holidays in Hilton Head (Palmetto Dunes). This home was the best one so far. It was very spacious, clean, and modern.

Home was lovely, but someone had turned off the water, so we had no hot water.We had to wait until midnight for the plumber, but he eventually fixed it.

the only thing lacking in this incredible home was no DVD player in the living room downstairs. we found that inconvenient. also, the house was great but we missed having a porch or deck to sit on in the morning. lots and lots of ants around the pool.

Beautiful home in a nice, quiet area of Palmetto Dunes. Plenty of space, we had 10 family members join our vacation, children, teenagers and grandparents. Perfect home set up for a family trip. Everyone appreciated the spaciousness of the home, the amenities and the "upgrades" throughout the home. Goode Vacation Rentals were easy to use regarding check in and check out, a very clean and upgraded rental. New, bright and spacious. Now the downsides. The pool is very small and configured oddly. 10 people could not enjoy the pool at the same time. The pool deck is very small and limits sun bathing, family congregating. We utilized the grassy area, somewhat messy with tracking the grass, dirt back onto the pool deck. We were told that the beach was a 5 minute walk. More like a 20 minute walk and a 10 minute bike ride, maybe. This was the most disappointing aspect of our stay in Hilton Head. It was an ordeal to get to the beach, walk down the road, walk across a pedestrian bridge, cross traffic across another busy road, then another pedestrian bridge to the beach. Be aware, it is not a 5 minute walk or even 10 minutes. With that expectation in mind, you will enjoy your stay. Don't expect that the beach is 5 minutes away.

Everything was very clean and nice. Plenty of space and very comfortable. The master bathroom was beautiful and plenty of room for the wife and I to use at the same time. The garage was an added convience for the bikes & vehicle, keeping them clean from tree dirt. All loved the pool, although it is a little small. Only drawback was we were not there long enough. Would like to do 3 weeks next time if price could be reduced a little. We love Hilton Head and when we drive that far we want to stay longer.

We enjoyed our stay at the home. It was extremely easy for us to all have our space for peace and quiet. We loved the breakfast area. The street the home is located on is quiet and peaceful.
A five minute walk or ride to the beach made it perfect for the kids to come and go as often as we needed.
We go to HHI every summer and this ranks as one of our favorites.
