Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage located next to private pool and tennis courts in the famous South Beach area of Sea Pines. This lovely house in the Beachside Homes complex has a well-equipped kitchen, carport, and driveway for 2 vehicles. A screened-in front porch with Lloyd Flanders patio furniture makes for a perfect place to relax and unwind. You'll find an extensive dvd movie library and plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. A gas grill on the back deck is perfect for family cookouts. One of the best place on the island!!! Had everything you need. Had all kinds of supplies and everything labled. Close to the beach, pool, and the Salty Dog!!! I have been coming to HHI for 18 years and this is one of best places I have stayed at. Will be back for sure next year!!!

Nice place and well cared for by owners. Carpet could use steam cleaning or better - replaced. I had to vacuum the crevices of the furniture. Not sure how a cleaning crew could miss this. Over all, the place was nice and right next to the pool. Pool was not as crowded as the pool at the condo we stayed at the prior year. We do like having a house as opposed to a condo. Overall, a nice place.

We had such a great time at this place. It was very clean, fully stocked (and I mean we did not need to go out and get anything other than groceries), and in one of the best locations in Sea Pines. We were right next to the pool and it was not crowded. Walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to the nightly entertainment (Salty Dog area). All we needed to bring was our clothes. Everything was included (linens, towels...). Wonderful place!

At the last minute one of the condos we rented was unavailable, but we were assigned to a nice rental house near by. The view of the ocean was the best part.

We've stayed in this house 4 times over the past 5 years. It is our favorite house and favorite area of the island. The street is next door to the pool which is wonderful for our children and grandchildren. The beach is within very easy walking distance, as well as the shops at South Beach (which I can't see enough of) and of course, the Salty Dog Cafe. The house has a nicely equipped kitchen and everything you would ever want in a vacation home. The free tennis out the back door is wonderful. Especially love the porch furniture. Plan to stay here every year we vacation in HHI.

We have been to Hilton Head several times over the last 20 years; alone as a couple, with small children and now with teenagers. This has been by far the best place we've stayed. The home was bright, cheerful and comfortable for our family. It had everything we needed to enjoy our week's stay: morning's enjoying coffee on the porch as well as afternoon naps, walking over to the Salty Dog restaurants and shops, quick walk to the beach where we enjoyed watching the dolphins with plenty of open space to lay out without the beach crowds. The convenience of the pool, bike trails and tennis courts completes this perfect package. Our whole family agreed this is where we want to stay when we come back to Hilton Head.

We absolutely loved the villa - the location was perfect, the inside was cheery and cozy, and it fit the needs of our family perfectly. We could not have asked for a better vacation...bike riding, tennis, swimming, shopping, Harbortown, South Beach Marina...so much to see and do. Hilton Head is beautiful and we will definitely come back!

Very comfortable home, very well decorated, cozy beach home. Had all the accomodations necessary and neatly displayed. Location to the pool was excellent and very convenient. Walk to the beach was great! The only downfall was the location of the beach itself. On the curve close to the sound, not a lot of waves.
