Lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is just a quick walk to the beach, and located on a quiet road in Palmetto Dunes Resort. The spacious back yard with *heated pool and spa overlooks a large lagoon where you can kayak or canoe.
A large great room/dining room combination with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and comfortable furnishings welcomes you in to this incredible family friendly vacation home. The kitchen opens up to the breakfast area and leads out to the pool and large deck. Also on the main level are 2 bedrooms - 1 with a king bed, the other with 2 twin beds. We really enjoyed our time in HHI. We loved the house, location, and amenities. The kids enjoyed having a pool and bike rides every night. The access to the beach was easy and short. As a parent I felt the kids were safe to roam (go to the beach and bike). The house was great. The best part a mom was the full service kitchen and washer/dryer. Only a few issues with the house: several pieces of the furniture need repair (ottman in living room, dining room chair, and deck table), the downstair tub was very slow to drain, and foul ordor in the twin bed bedroom. We loved the house and plan to return for spring break and summer vacation. Thanks for the experience and the great time at 169 Mooring Buoy :)

The house was comfortable and convenient to the beach. Enjoyed the somewhat shady pool when it got too hot at the beach. For our group of six adults it was a perfect size.

The house was very comfortabl and the perfect size for our group (2 couples & 3 children). The beach access was an easy walk with the access walkway directly across the street. The Palmetto Dunes area had a family atmosphere and was very shady, and the pool was always shaded- which was a bonus during the very hot august weather. If I had to give one negative, the pull out sleeper was in an unusable area but Overall a great rental property.

We loved the area we were in and the close walk to the beach along with water way behind the house but the house was a disapointment. The patio doors off of the kitchen wouldn't open and the other door on the back was hard to open. Could not find any lights for the pool area at night and the kitchen and down stairs bath is in need of remodeling. The sink fixtures are very hard to turn on and off and the cooking pans were a joke. The down stairs bath would drain so slow that you were standing in water up to your ankles. Could not recommend this property to a friend nor would we stay there again under these conditions. Once again the area was great!

House was fantastic. It fit our needs perfectly - pool, bedrooms for all, short walk to the beach! Quiet neighborhood with uncrowded beach.

The overall experience was very good , however , the spa jets adjacent to the pool did not work and looked like they had not for some time. Appeared broken and unuseable. I phoned on Sunday and Service was supposed to fix it next day. No one came. I went to head office on Tuesday and they called to have it serviced that day. No one showed. Needless to say when I left the resort a week later no one had still showed up to fix the problem. This may seem petty but I rented this home because of the pool and spa.
I was quite disappointed. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay and enjoy the islands many ammenities. -

We spent a very relaxing and stress free week at this wonderful home. It was just what we needed after being on the road for three months. This was a last minute stay and the management team were just wonderful and took great care of us - thank you.
The beach is a short 2 min walk away which was just perfect. A great heated pool/spa just outside our door step. Wonderful peaceful setting with a lagoon behind the house. Watched nature from the back deck which included an aligator swimming in the lagoon.
The house was very spacious and clean. Had only one slight problem but the management team sent someone over the same day. It was one of the best weeks we spent on our travel. Between the beach, pool/spa and lovely peaceful house want more could you want.
