This home underwent a renovation and redecoration that included updated granite countertops in the kitchen, refinishing heart-of-pine floors, re-upholstering furniture, and installing new carpet. We just spent the week of the 4th of July here and had a great time. It really is only a 7 minute walk to the beach. A beautiful home with a great pool. All the bedrooms are large and comfortable. We will be back!!!

We had a great time in this rental, we enjoyed the pool,house and area! We've stayed at many rentals and it's always a nice bonus when the mattresses are comfortable :)

I was great week of fun with the family.. The rental place was very nice place and located in a nice area..Vacation rental was very helpful and easy to rent thru.. Will be glad to rent again. thanks for making are vacation with the family a fun time..

Upon check in the deck and pool were covered in leaves and debris, AC downstairs did not work. The vacation rental company responded quickly to my request to have pool and deck cleaned and that was done in a day or so. When I reported the air conditioner not working Vacation Rental was very quick to respond and found out that the unit had to be replaced. They informed me that that would take place first thing the next morning and that happened as promised. The temperatures were in the high 70s and low 80s for the next several days and the new ac unit did not take the temperature below 72 even when set on 70 and running continuously. House was comfortable and reasonably priced, my concerns would be on a truly hot day in South Carolina that the house would become uncomfortably hot, as during our stay in moderate weather the temperature downstairs never went below 74 during the day and 72 at night. If not for that I would rent this house again. The Vacation Rental Company did a great job of responding to the problems and I would have no problem using them again.
