This cute, elevated beach cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is a quick bicycle ride to the ocean. At 1,360 heated square feet, you will love the open living area that encompasses the dining room (with seating for 8), and flows into the living room (with a large-screen tv mounted over the fireplace), and screened-in porch. Kingston Cove cottages are within the live oaks and tall pines of Shipyard Resort for a peaceful vacation experience.

We had an outstanding time. This home was comfortable and it catered to the needs of our family. For example, the screened porch allowed us to sit outside for daily meals without being exposed to the extreme heat. It was spacious!! Loved it

Great location, able to ride bikes to beach. Amenities good. Loved the screened porch. Not enough kitchen counter space because the microwave is on the countertop and the stove is old.

We are a group of three golfing couples.
We loved the place, but were very disappointed in that we selected housing on the golf course only to find we couldn't
see the golf course because of all the bushes blocking our view. Quite a let down to our visit. Last year we stayed in unit #33...great golf course view. We should
have been advised that the golf course house had no golf course view. -

We had a wonderful as always when we visit Hilton Head Island & the Shipyard. The weather, house, beach, & tennis at Van de Meer was fabulous.
