This was a wonderful week shared by 11 close friends. The house was beautiful and offered both privacy and gathering places for the guests. Storage was ample and the kitchen was well-equipped. Tv's were available in each bedroom, the Great Room and kitchen. The pool was delightful and we loved our private path to the beach. This house is located close to nice restaurants and shopping. A concern about shower drainage in one of the bathrooms was quickly addressed and corrected.

Stayed here last year and everything we reported as a problem is still a problem. Location is fantastic but that's about the only plus. It is in need of thorough cleaning and updating. The carpet is filthy, toilets do not work well, refrigerator leaks, AC in two bedrooms does not work well, mattresses worn out, deck and exterior run-down, etc. For this price, you can do so much better, and sadly, neither the managment company nor owners seem to do what it takes to get this in top condition.

House suits my needs with bedroom and bath configuration. House needs some updating. Big issue with front bathroom. Had to plunge after plunging very strong odor. Refrigirator leaded. Handle on toliet in landry room was broken. I fixed it. Deck had a lot oworn and loose boards.

This beachfront location is great. The outside pool overlooking the ocean is wonderful. This is an older house that needs some new carpet, furniture and deck redone. The smell is very musty as well. We had a dead animal in the attic that was promptly removed once reported that was also adding to the house smell. You have your own private walkway to the beach but the public access spot is also directly to the right of the house. The house has multiple levels with lots of stairs, so if you are traveling with young children you might want to consider this. The rooms would also benefit from some room darkening drapes that can be pulled at night to allow those traveling from other time zones the ability to sleep in better with less sunlight coming in. We had a great time with the great view and weather!

The place was nice looking. We should have checked out the floor plan better. Not sure it was worth the price we paid. They gave each guest two towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash rag for the whole week. I know there was a washer and dryer but I think 1 towel, 2 hand towels and 2 wash rags would have worked better. Also for the dishes you got 1 dish rag and 1 dish towel for the whole week. Lots of laundy. The hot tub was not working when we got there. A note on it said they would be here the next day with the part. He came the next day but with no part. It was either leave it run all the time or no hot tub. Hot tub was a must have on our list, so it ran the whole time. It was so hot you couldn't sit in it. Never got the part. Heater on pool wasn't working. Paid extra for that. The pool person came and said it was 85 degrees. There is no way. It was so cold we couldn't stay in and the temp outside was in the 70s. Called the company before we left and they were going to refund us the money. Today is Dec. 27th and haven't seen it yet. The frig froze everything. Can you imagine how much food we lost. Fresh fruit, salad and when you wanted a glass of milk it was frozen solid. The home was very clean. I dont think the living area for the late evenings could accomadate all of us. The fact that you could get up and look out the window was extremely nice. We loved watching the dolphins. The best thing I liked most about this home was that it was right on the beach. Do that because it is awesome. The thing I liked the least was the problem with the pool and hot tub and no one wanted to take care of it.

The house was an excellent value being direct ocean front. All the bedrooms were spacious enough, and the living area was wonderful with a full view of the ocean. Upon arrival we explained we had a family member that was not in the best of health, and would be arriving well before check in time. The Vacation Company personnel immediatly made a phone call and moved the house cleaning up se we could check in early. Our first morning the coffee pot decided it was had lived its life, but with one phone call, the Vacation Company delivered a brand new one within hours. The house was great, but the service from Vacation Company was even better. One down side was the hot tub was not functional all week.
