This condo is in an excellent location. A short walk to restaurants, shops, entertainment and groceries. Very roomy - our family of eight had lots of space. The condo is in need of a little TLC. The floors and carpeting need cleaning and there are minor maintenance issues.

Hello! Our family recently in September 2011 stayed at Seacrest Resorts. We had a great and relaxing time with our adult kids and new grandson! We live in Cincinnati, Ohio and everyone we met was from the Cincinnati area. What fun we had cheering on the Bengals football team on the beach. Our villa was super clean and the view of the ocean was awesome! It was my wife's birthday to celebrate. Even tho, we had a rental car, we could walk right across the street for dining and shopping.. Our family left in the villa "two" swim rafts so the next family can enjoy riding the ocean waves on us.

Condo is in excellent condition--very spacious, and plenty of places to sit comfortably and visit in the gathering room. Great location. Convenient to Coligny Plaza for groceries, restaurant, and shopping.

This is the second time we have rented this unit. With the upgrades since we were there last, the unit even better accomadated my entire family. There were just a couple items which caused a little annoyance. One, the flushing works in one of the toilets broke. Howver, this was fixed with in a couple of hours. Second, a rubber seal was comming off the bottom of the refrigerator - we finally pulled it off the rest of the way. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. A great time was had by all and we will probably be returning in a couple of years.

We enjoyed everything about the unit. It exactly suited three separate couples, with wonderful bathroom facilities and good separation of the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, and the living room layout was conducive to good conversation. There were a couple of encounters with really large roaches, but I guess this is to be expected in the South. The only complaint I have is that the elevators are inadequate to the size of the building and the number of units. There were long waits, especially on check-in and check-out days. This was minor compared to the convenience to the beautiful beach! We certainly hope to come again.

this is the fifth year that we have stayed a 3503. We absolutely love the condo and plan on staying there again in the future. We arrived on the island a couple of hours earlier than expected and the vacation company was able to accommodate that. we just love the location .

One suggestion - there needs to be a clock on the wall in the kitchen or living room. Everytime we wanted to know what time it was we had to look on the stove.
