What a great condo with a spectacular view!! Perfect kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Just right for up to 9 people. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Grounds are lovely and the pools and the beach were so much fun!!!

Love the location of the property. Walking distance to just about everything (oceans, shops and dining). Disappointed in having to supply just about everything at condo. One set of towels for everyone. No mid-week laundry service. No extra trash bags, dish soap or toliet paper. Condo updated but carpets in bedrooms needs to be replaced. No extra bed linens or sheets for pull out sofa. Have to pay extra. Found a dead cockroach under living room coffee table. Cleaning of condo could be much better. For the money spent, those items need to be improved upon.

As soon as we entered the place, we were all blown away. My son (nine years old) could not believe size of his room, nor how beautiful it was. The master bedroom and bath was wonderful. Our view was stunning. We immediately felt at home. Without having to stop at a rental place to check in, it made our arrival that much easier after a long drive.

The unit itself was fantastic (Seacrest 1505). Everything we needed, right down to the coffee pot, was available. Spotless is the best description that comes to mind. Great location, convenient to stores and restaurants. On-site covered parking was a nice bonus.

The rental was amazing. Just like on the pictures posted on the website. It was huge, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The view from both balconies was incredible, beach and ocean every day to look at. The surrounding of the rental building was clean and taken care off. The pool area as presented on the web. The beach was just a few steps from the rental. It was perfect!!! The restaurants, supermarket, and little shopping stores were across a street. Very nice area to walk around and relax. My family and I had an amazing time. We hope to come back soon.

Very spacious. Very clean. Great view of the ocean! If anything, likving room furniture (sofa and chair) need to be replaced; getting quite worn.

It wasn't just the view that was beautiful. When we first arrived my husband was the first one to enter our "new home". He told me that I wouldn't believe it. That it was way better than we thought it would be. We have been to Hilton Head several times and this will be where we stay from now on! The view of the gardens, the koi pond, and the ocean just beyond that. The villa was decorated beautifully and there is plenty of room if you are traveling as a family. I just can't praise this place enough and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The check in is so easy and effortless. All I can say is you won't be disappointed with this villa. Enjoy!!
