While we enjoyed our stay very much, and The Vacation Company was terrific to deal with (all that was promised was delivered), we believed that the overall cleanliness of the unit could be improved. Specifically, there were dust balls behind the TV in the main bed room and more importantly, the showers (both) were not up to par. The guest shower was very dirty and was not used at all. The main shower had cracks in the fiberglass and could not be cleaned. There was soap film gound in that made it impossible to clean. This is the second unit we have stayed in - the first (3422) was very clean; this unit. although overall very nice, did not measure up.

We enjoyed this villa and loved the views, villa clean and well equipped--we would have like some bar b q tools and a few more trays and bowls, but over all it was a wonderful trip

Easy booking and prompt service facilitated our trip to Hilton Head. Our condo offered a premium location with a spectacular view of the beach, dunes and grounds while providing all the amenities of home in a well decorated condo. The beds were clean and comfy, the TVs state of the art and the kitchen well equipped. Our only desire would be more seating in the living room. Overall, an excellent place for vacation.

the only blip is the lack of kitchen supplys, cookie sheets, pans, pots, cork screw, other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.
