Our third time to this unit as it showcases some of the best views on the island overlooking the pool and the atlantic. Further, the unit contains everything you would need to feel comfortable in a home away from home (this is what my wife calls this place). A very relaxing vacation.

We loved this condo...the view was spectacular! The pool and beach were easy to access. The service from Vacation Co. was great - when we called for extra sheets, they were delivered that same afternoon tied up with a ribbon! Condo is located within an easy bike ride or walk to the General Store, where we enjoyed bagel sandwiches and a newspaper every morning. We enjoyed our tennis clinic at Palmetto Dunes and the golf courses were superb. Our family of 5 will definitely be back!

Great view. Great time. Great weather. Easy setup with Vacation Company. We've been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years. Our kids were babies when they first came. Now they are adults and they still get as exited as their Mom and Dad to spend a week in Hilton head.

The condo was spacious and comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The views from the deck are amazing. There are wonderful restaurants and miles and miles of great beach walking, bike riding and swimming. There is also a nice big, clean swimming pool. I will be back!! My sister and I have stayed in 2 other condos, and this was the one that had the best atmosphere.

This place had an ideal location, superb view, and was well and attractively furnished. One small complaint was that the second bedroom had no screen so the window could not be opened. It quickly became stuffy with the door closed.

The location was great however some things that need addressed; both screen doors were off the tracks and the one in the living room was out of square and the one n the bedroom could not even be put back on track. Kinda ruins trying to leave door open at night...I would also suggest a deep cleaning...like under cabinets in kitchen and all the corners...again great fifth floor location jsut not as clean as would have expected.

The unit and entire Captains Walk Complex of Villas feature convenient access to the ocean. Unit 454 on the fifth floor of the center building also provided for a great view.
However the unit is in serious need of a make over. The Chairs and Hassocks are outdated and too large for the size of the unit. With two couches, a huge chair and hassock along with a large square coffee table it was very congested in the main living area.The carpeting and throw rugs are excessively stained and need to be replaced.
We would pass on this unit in the future. Unless, it was remodeled.Response from The Vacation Company - 10/11/2010
