We stayed here July 30- Sept 5. The house was big enough to fit 12 family members in it comfortably with plenty of room to spare! The beds were super comfortable! The Pool was great for the kids and the few minute walk to the beach was perfect because we had small children who could not tolerate long hours at the beach. Hilton head rentals and golf always addressed our small issues immediately.(air conditioner broke, pool cleaning, and shower broken, internet didnt work) They fixed everything within that day! I couldnt have asked for a better family vacation! I do not recommend renting bikes because the area is too far away to ride to the areas that people do ride them. ( I wish someone would have told me this)

Loved the dead end street. the walk to the beach was much longer than we expected. pool is a must but the water too warm.

The house was clean and laid out nicely. We had a wide age range of kids, from 2 to 20. With the way the house was laid out, the younger ones could get to bed while the older "kids" could stay up without disturbing them. The pool was perfect after coming from the beach.

We rented for a week in July with two families including 4 children under age 3. It was fantastic! The house was the perfect distance from the beach for a family with young children. There are two nearby access points; each across the quiet residential street and two houses down. My 2 yr old could walk it unassisted. The private pool and backyard was a big plus and it was a good size. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of space for luggage. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well-kept with plenty of utensils and towels. Living areas were equally comfortable; love the large windows upstairs! Only downside was the kitchen being downstairs on the main level but the large dining table upstairs. Not a big deal; just a lot of carrying plates around. Overall it was excellent and we had a great time!

I would recommend this house for a large family looking for a good vacation spot in Hilton Head. The 2nd floor was great...loved the master suite and deck off the second floor, which made up for the small downstairs area. The pool in the back yard was used daily and the whole experience was totally relaxing. The ocean was just a short walk over the sand dunes. We have rented quite a few houses in this area, and we enjoyed this one the most.
