Entering the villa, you will have the updated and fully equipped kitchen with granite counte rtops and newer appliances. The washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen. Leaving the kitchen, you will find the dining area with seating for six. Beyond the dining area is the Living room with very nice and comfortable furnishings, a sleeper sofa, a large TV with DVD and stereo. There is a sliding glass door that leads to the downstairs deck with ocean views. We have stayed on Hilton Head for many years, always on the water. For us bringing our dog, Bailey, staying on the oceanfront and being steps from the beach is paradise. 52 Ocean Club is paradise for us. The new paint, updated kitchen and furniture, and new carpet made it even better. I rarely stay where I can have my head on the pillow, and can see the sunrise and the water at the same moment. On a clear night, with the full moon reflecting off the water, again with my head on the pillow, priceless. Where else can you have two private decks in the tree tops where you can lounge in the sun, and see both sunrises and sunsets from the same spot. The staff at Palmetto Sands were great to work with, we plan to be back again soon!

Great location. Although everything was as described, we thought it was a little worn for the price paid (especially the carpet). Palmetto Sands was very helpful and easy to work with.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head, and had a great time. We got lucky with the weather for 6 of 7 days. Unfortunately Irene was passing by and we had to cut our trip short. We would love to come back as the island is very environmentally and dog friendly. Plus the beaches are some of the best in the country.

We had a wonderful vacation in Hilton Head. The property at 52 Ocean Club was everything we hoped for and the Staff at Palmetto Sands couldn't have been nicer. I would highly recommend both to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Had a wonderful time and so did our families...mighty hot and could have done without the jelly fish stings but the pool was great/Serg restaurants yummy and the unit was sooo nice and close to the beach. We loved it! Thanks,Roger and Carol

Our trip was planned and the dog was ready to go when we had a call from an associate of Palmetto Sands. The owners of the condo we rented had people staying three days into our trip. It was the best news ever! The associates were great and upgraded us to this fantastic condo. Thanks for going that extra step, we had a wonderful stay and will be back.
