Welcome to 1 Ocean Club, a completely remodeled 2 bed 2 bath condo located on South Forest Beach. From the moment you enter the villa, you will notice the excellent renovations that have just been finished. The fully equipped kitchen is to the right with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Straight ahead is the dining area for 6 and the living area, with a new flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, and a sliding glass door that leads to the patio. Walking up the stairs, the master is to your left. It includes a King Bed, flat screen TV, and a new full bath. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway leading to the second bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay at 1 Ocean Club. The unit was nicely furnished and my extremely picky family was very happy with our stay. There was plenty of space of our family of 5. The kitchen was wonderful and we felt right at home cooking and eating there. The pool is right out the back door and the beach is just a very short walk down the sidewalk. The location was perfect!!

Very nice, clean, comfortable! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. When you go back this will be the first place we try to reserve!

We could not ask for a nicer place to stay the month then at 1OC. Very nice accommodations, close to the beach and shopping. It was so nice we booked it again next year. Thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was sooo clean upon arrival and was well maintained. It was super nice and more ammenties than we ever needed. We were thrilled with our choice and so glad we went with this option. The condo sits perfectly between the pool and the beach, both a very short walk and great with small children. The location is very central on the islandn and close to many restaurants in walking distance as well as those that are a short drive away. The ammentities were high end and the space was fantastic, and easily could have slept up to 8. There were only 3 of us, and we had abundant space. We were thrilled with our choice!

We were so burnt out from hurricane Irene, and having no power for a week, I ran from another 4 days of rain on 1 day notice down to Hilton Head. We walked to the beach, with our dog, and plopped in the sand. We walked down the beach to the Tiki Hut where the Holiday Inn provides live music, and a really nice bar and pool. The island is beautiful. I looked at some property while there, and may retire to the area. We loved it and destressed completely. The dog did too. Everything is dog friendly. Next time I bring my boat and stay for 3 weeks.

The place was very nice. The only thing we never found during our stay was where the switch was to turn the garbade disposal on, but other than that, everything was very nice.

The condominium was spacious, nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable week stay. The pool was nice and clean. The only thing that happened was our toilets clogged, and shower clogged and a plummer was sent quickly to solve the problem. The rental company was very nice, and quick in solvingthe problem. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return again and stay in the same condo.

We stayed at 1 Ocean Club Villa over the long Memorial Day weekend and were lucky enough to get this villa on short notice. The place was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and our 2 yr. old daughter. We could have easily fit 4 more adults comfortably.
The villa looked to have been recently renovated as well. The renovation was excellent, modern and had all the comforts of home. The best part was the location though - right on the beach and 5 mins. walking distance to the Coligny Square. What more can you ask for?
I saw someone mention having both bathrooms upstairs was a pain but it didn't bother us. The only thing I'd say, especially if traveling with young children, is that the stairs are a bit steep so either monitor your toddlers closely or bring a baby gate. -

This was our first year taking a month and staying somewher in a warmer climate then where we live. We wanted some place close to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We could not have found a place that fit our needs better. We had a wonderful time and can't wait for for next March when we will be returning. The only complaint we have, if you can even call it one, is both bathrooms are on the second floor. Guess we get more exercise that way. We had two visitors stay with us during the month and they stated how well they enjoyed the villa as well. Thanks for the great stay.

Beautiful Villa...well appointed...so nice and close to the beach. Internet access. Very nice washer and dryer even had detergent supplied...had extra trash bags for kitchen. Bit disappointed with amount of dog hairs throughout for the price we paid and probably ones before us with pet fee. And sweepers are almost never clean for use anywhere. All in all a really great place!! Thanks, Paula

My wife and I have been vacationing to Hilton Head for a couple of years now and really enjoyed the newly updated condo which was in very close proximity to the beach (about 150 feet from the back door to the beach access walk way) and lots of great restuarants. The inside was very inviting with all the amenities of home.
