The condo was modern and very clean. It was in walking distance to the beach.
Plenty of restaurants in driving distance. Close to the pool. -

This was our first experience with Palmetto Sands and we would highly recommend them. They went beyond the call of duty when we had a request ie activating the answering machine on the telephone, repairing the microwave handle and helping us with a sticky key for the front door. They took action quickly and graciously. Our unit was top notch with absolutely nothing missing for our very comfortable stay for the month of March. We love the location to the beach, the golf course view and access to the pool. So much so, that we booked it for the same month for 2014.

157 completely lived up to our expectations and beyond. This was a family vacation and my husband, teenage daughter and I will most definitely be renting this villa again. I can not say enough good things. Rent, Rent, Rent, you will not be disappointed.

Pleasant, well decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath villa in the heart of Shipyard Plantation. Close to tennis and the beach, especially if you like to bike. The unit had everything we needed, including a locker at the beach with chairs, toys, etc. Good central location short drive to anywhere on HHI.

We had excellent service from the agent in charge of the rental. Beautiful condo with many amenties & located within walking distance of beach. Well equipped kitchen. Missed having a coat closet on first floor & also missed not being able to put fishing equipment in outside storage space.
