503 North Shore Place was amazing. The location is great. The place is very spacious, more than is enough space for a family trip. My wife and I took mini vacation to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be staying here again on our family trip to Hilton Head.

We recently stayed in Condo 503 at North Shore Place. The facility itself is lovely, safe and secure. We really enjoyed being on the 5th floor...only 1 floor down to the pool, which is lovely.
The condo itself was very comfortable, with nice furniture very clean, and with all the little extras to make you feel right at home.The outside balcony, overlooking Coligny Square, had both a table and chairs and some lounge chairs.
You are right in the action here, so there is some noise from Coligny Square, but the convenience of having a supermarket, shops, and restaurants so close cannot be beat.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is our second year at North Shore place, and I am sure we will be back again -

We really enjoyed this condo. Very clean and well supplied! It is the perfect location with a lovely view. Palmetto Sands LLC has been the best rental company we have used to date (we've been visiting HH for the past 12 years). Very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be using them from now on.

The pictures of this unit are not of #503. The actual unit 503 has broken blinds in the dining area, worn looking carpet and bed coverings, dark wooden furniture, and much less comforable looking upholstered furniture. The unit is in dire need of a deep cleaning which should have been done before we or anyone stayed there for the week of apr. 7-14.

Gosh, this review is not fair! The unit photos are exactly as seen upon arriving to the unit, the furnishings are wonderful and the unit is bright, comfortable and clean. Unfortunately you can't make all guests happy, the unit is great please look at other reviews!
The unit has been painted after the guests departure and was on scheduled prior to their arrival.
Come and visit the unit, there are great views from the balcony, the complex is fantastic and the owners do keep the unit updated. -

Perfect getaway for 4 - 6 people comfortably. A short walk to the beach or just cross the street to a variety of restaurants, ice cream, groceries or shopping. Top floor unit provides view of the ocean through the trees and enjoy nightly music from Coligny Square on your private balcony. I cannot say enough about the location of this unit. Comfortable beds, three flat screen Tv's, wireless internet, washer / dryer and every cooking amenity needed.

My husband, daughter, son-in-law,and granddaughter, and I spent nearly a week at North Shore Place recently and we highly recommend the place. It is well located, safe, and very clean. The only thing that could have made it perfect would have been if it were located on the water, but oh well. We enjoyed being across from Cigney mall and liked the convenience of good restaurants closeby.

There's lots to choose from in HH. Thankfully we chose wisely! The facility is clean and quiet, and conveniently located near the beach and shopping. Parking was ample and someone was always available to speak to if we had a question. Our condo was spacious, tastefully decorated and included WiFi and LCD TVs. I especially enjoyed the open concept and balcony of the unit. My wife and I are looking forward to returning!

We have vacationed in Hilton Head Island for many years and have stayed in many different accomodations. We find that our stay at North Shore Place is our best experience. We love it's location on the island for the convenience it offers to all part of Hilton Head. Our accomodation in North Shore Place is excellent and we love it's fifth floor location for the wonderful views we have from our balcony. Hope to return their for many vacations in the future.
