Palmetto Dunes rentals, like this updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation villa, offers everything you need on your upcoming Hilton Head Island stay. The main living, dining and kitchen area has tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and a breakfast bar for additional seating. Off the living area, which features a 37" flat panel TV and queen sleeper sofa, is the 5th floor balcony with ocean views.

Left on 04/10/2012 for a stay in March 2012
Originally, we reserved 116 Barrington Court. We arrived late on March 24. We found the master bed with thin stained sheets and a stain on the carpet. The bathroom floor and shower curtain were dirty. We slept in the second bedroom. On Monday morning, we were awakened with the noise of jack hammers in the neighboring condo building. Our 1st floor balconey faced the building. We contacted Beach Properties and Drew made arrangements for us to move to 2512 Windor II early in the afternoon. We found the condo very neat and clean. The condo next door was being renovated but the noise could not compare to the jack hammers at Barrington. I called Drew and thanked him for his prompt attention to the issue. We enjoyed the rest of the week and hated to leave on Saturday morning! Thanks again.

This was our family's third trip to Hilton Head and we love staying at the Windsor and Windsor II villas. This villa was recently updated and quite nice. However the old hardware and fixtures were left behind in cabinets and drawers. Also, do not try to use the jets in the bath tubs! We tried, mold and black gunk shot out of the jets and filled the tub! Otherwise, it was a great place and very comfortable. The location and value can't be beat either. We would stay here again and recommend this villa to anyone.
