We were very pleased with the help given by Destination Vacation in finding just what our extended family needed. The house itself is the best furnished house or condo we have ever rented; the furniture is attractive and comfortable; the art is amazing; the kitchen has everything you need and more. The pool is large and well designed for swimming and soaking with plenty of pool toys, and the beach is just steps away down the boardwalk. The location inside Sea Pines made biking easy and fun for all ages. We plan to come back in another year or two. Hilton Head is a favorite!

The service through Destination Vacation was excellent. Service was provided immediatly for a stopped up toilet and the need for more propane gas. The ammenities of the home were excellent and the layout of the house worked great for our family vacation. The first row beach house had easy access to the beach and the pool was great size to accommadate 11 people in the pool. We all felt like we were living in our own home. All rooms in the house provided space for us to be together along with space for family members to have some private time. We wish there was more of a view of the ocean; but the privacy of the double lot was appreciated also. The house was clean when we arrived and there was every ammenity available to make ourselves at home.

25 Green Heron is a beautiful property located on the ocean within the wonderful gated community of Sea Pines. Very well managed and maintained by Destination Vacations we were thrilled with how clean the home was and hotel-ready upon our arrival.
We paid extra to have the large pool heated although some of the days were well above normal temperature.
The ample space at 25 Green Heron allowed everyone in our party to spread out even on inclement days of which there were few and the only complaint I'd have about the home was that the floor of the sitting area off one of the master bedrooms was poorly constructed and when walked upon disturbed those sleeping in the room below. Perhaps a sub-floor issue? The management of Destination Vacations promised to look in to this after our stay and were extremely helpful with this and other questions about the property and area.
Sea Pines is an excellent, family-friendly area with well-marked bike paths, nature trails, golf and tennis and the beach, which was steps from the pool was a source of adventure for our kids. -

The service received was excellent, as all small issues were quickly resolved. The home was well liked by all guests. Location and amenities were truly wonderful and very sufficient to our needs. Most enjoyable was the beach access and the pool. Least enjoyable were next door neighbors who shot firewords that landed on the back deck and the roof of the house, nearly striking one of our family. Also, much traffic on the adjoining public access path to the beach. The oven did not heat properly and needs to be checked, which we failed to mention to our hosts.

25 Green Heron worked out great for our family of 8 adults and 9 grandchildren ages 16 to 6 months. We did have to buy two pack and plays, but the house worked out very well for naps, without having to worry about being quiet. It was so fun to be all together in one house and the pool and beach so close and very lovely.
The booking agency was very helpful everytime I called with questions.
