We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is like an art gallery, light and very uplifting. We would happily rent the home in the future. However, we felt that the great room needed more side tables. The area around the pool was quite limited, and the outside dining furniture needed another two chairs.
Nevertheless, the location and access to the beach more than compensated for these small shortcomings. -

We had a great week at 136 Mooring Buoy. It is the 2nd time we've stayed there and returned because the house is bright, well appointed and the location is wonderful. Just a 30 second walk up a beautiful path to the gorgeous beach. Also, the neighborhood is beautiful filled with lovely homes. The master bed room and bath are also excellent as well as the kitchen and other living areas. Our only complaints are that the pool/hot tub area outside could really use landscaping. The area around the pool is dirt and weedy, so it's not pretty and it needs help to match the nice house. Also, they couldn't get the hot tub temp right. It was either so hot you couldn't use it or when they turned it down, it was stone cold. However, because of the house and location we would return here. We felt it was a very good value for the money we spent.
