Casual Ocean Oriented Beach Home in Sea Pines 3 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms. Casual beach home all on one raised level. Well-equipped kitchen has pass-through to dining area. The bright, open living room has sliding glass doors which lead to a large screened porch. The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed with private bath, and two other bedrooms, each with two twin beds, share a bath. High speed wireless internet.

Very calm place to stay. Perfect location- close to beach, sea pine area, south beach, harbour town and coligny circle. House looked clean, had all amenities. We would recomend it to others.

The house is very clean, the rental agents are helpful and should you have any problems which we did not I am sure they would be of great service to you. There is a nice screened porch in the rear with a hammock to relax in. The beach is just a block or so away and not crowded which is another plus. The children could run and play and we could see them clearly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again, in fact this was the second time we rented

Great Value for Beach Access

We were looking for a reasonably priced home with close access to the beach. The beach access was excellent, but the accomodations were less than desirable. The property was clearly dated with very few, if any, amenities. For example, there was no barbeque grill. We have been staying in Hilton Head for several years and this was the first time there was no grill at a rental property. The stove was small and barely usable. As such, our ability to cook food at the residence was limited. We ended up eating out more than we anticipated. There was no broadband internet access. Again, the other properties we rented all had internet access. The queen bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, and one chair in the living room did not work. One bright spot was the screened porch, which was enjoyable and provided another entertainment space. All in all, the beach proximity was great, but I would not stay in this property again.

Thank you for your feedback Ohio Vacationer. This home is a reasonably priced home with close access to the beach. The home is advertised as a "casual beach home" and rents for far less than comparable situated beach homes. A barbeque grill is not included as an amenity since there is no good location to place it. The stove has 4 full burners and is a normal size. We do not advertise internet access at this home. We will investigate the queen mattress in the master bedroom and replace if needed. I'm glad that you enjoyed the spacious, screened porch as it serves as an extension of the living room. It's a great place to relax during the heat of the day. We appreciate your feedback as it allows us to improve. Next time you visit please let us know your desired amenities and we will find a property to meet your needs. We want our guests to have a happy and relaxing vacation.
