The home is handicap accessible and has all spacious living areas on one level. The only thing I would change about this house for the value was the outside area could have been cleaner and the ouside trashcans were full when we got there and even fuller when we left. The home was perfect for us and our children and grandchildren, a very short and pleasant walk to the beach. I would go again!

I could see from the picture that it wasn't the snazziest home on the block, but it was quite spacious and clean and very close to the beach - an easy, short walk. The house has been updated and it really had everything we needed for an affordable price. The Rental Company was amazing. We contacted them with some very minor issues and they addressed them the same day. The single story home was great for my parents who have a hard time doing stairs. The place was well-suited for togetherness, but also had plenty of space and enough TVs, etc, for everyone do to their own thing when they wanted.

This little white house if full of big surprises.
My Daughters dream wedding was to be married on the beach at Hilton Head Island. She wanted a small intimate wedding. We rented Dogwood 3, because we had got to view this house couple of years before, and it had everything we needed for this wedding.
The house is beautifully decorated and very spaceous. We had a wonderful time.
Hope to return next year!!!!!!!!!!!
