Beachwalk condominiums are within Shipyard Plantation, a private residental and resort community. The complex is close to the Atlantic Ocean, the Crowne Plaza oceanfront resort, and the Van der Meer Tennis Academy. Guests staying at Beachwalk 109 can easily walk to dining and entertainment venues offered by the Crowne Plaza. They also have court privileges at the Van der Meer Tennis Center up to one hour per day. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Washer and dryer function poorly. Kitchen could be updated. Water leakage in patio doors in master beadroom during heavy rain. Cleaning seemed to be very superficial.

Our townhouse was clean and very comfortable. We loved the location to the Beach. This townhouse would benefit from new carpeting,a new kitchen window and the deck needs to be replaced. In the master bedroom the paint is peeling around the skylight. We would rent this townhouse again,the setting is beautiful.

We had a wonderful time at Hilton Head where we practiced at Dennis Van Der Meer's tennis Academy. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. The only thing that bothered my wife a little was that the apartment had two very big skylights in the bedroom roof that allowed the moonshine and sunlight to enter the bedroom. She likes total darkness in the bedroom at bedtime. Other than that, the apartment ws excellent in every way .

Lovely condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and powder room. 5 min from beach, across the street from Van der Meer Tennis facility. Well maintained grounds. Great natural features and loved the sound of the frogs in the evening.

Have stayed in this condo three times. Love the location in Shipyard Plantation, 5 min from beach across the street from VanDerMeer tennis facility. Close to shopping and others places of interest.

niture. Accommodations overall need updating as does cutlery etc.
Dryer finally repaired by Mar. 15-venting a real problem in dryer- takes hours to dry. T.V. in spare bedroom old and not functioning.
Roomy accommodations, good heating system,comfortable for what we req'd but certainly needs attention. Seashore Vacations very accommodating!
