Surf Court is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Surf Court 46 is a three-story townhouse with a street level entry and first floor. These properties are within 1 to 1.5 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van der Meer Tennis Center. Vacationers seeking a good value don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean and like parking at the front door of their condo. Living room sliders to a first floor patio provide easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. I have stayed at Surf Court for almost 20 years now. This was my favorite unit. It was nicely decorated and I loved how secluded it was from the pool and people traffic. I have stayed right by the pool before and could hear everything in the courtyard, but this time, it was nice and quiet!

This condo was very spacious. The bedrooms were all a good size and we were able to fit a pack and play in both 2nd floor bedrooms. I mention this because we have stayed in beach rentals in the past that have had shoebox sized little bedrooms that barely fit a bed. Another plus for this condo is that it is well stocked. The kitchen has all the necessities and there were plenty of spare pillows/blankets. There was a linen mix up on the day we arrived. Some of the top sheets were not included but this issue was promptly resolved with a phone call to the property management company. The kitchen is updated and the condo is nicely decorated. The carpet throughout could you a good cleaning. This condo is at the back corner of the complex. The condo location was accurately described by the condo owner when I emailed to ask some questions. I found the condo on Vrbo and when I emailed the contact I received a very prompt response and the booking process was very easy. The condo complex is easy walking distance to Coligny Plazy, BiLo and many restaurants. Overall, I was very satisfied with this rental.

This was a great unit in a great complex with a great location. I stayed in a different unit in Surf Court many years ago and this was much nicer than I remember the other unit. The location was just as ideal as I remembered, especially now that we have 4 children. We rented bikes that were delivered before we got there and felt comfortable letting the kids explore and ride to Coligny Plaza. Beach access is right across the street from Surf Court, and it was so nice to hose off sandy feet and gear in the utility area right by the front door and store the beach cart there. The unit was very clean and decorated nicely, especially the new kitchen and the 2nd floor bedrooms. Bathrooms have new tile, paint and art. Bath fixtures not updated, but everything was very clean. Plenty of bath towels are provided and I didn't need the few extras we brought (there were 7 of us since our daughter brought a friend). I wasn't sure how I would like climbing up to the 3rd floor to the master, but it was a nice retreat and stayed cool if you observe the sign on the door and keep it closed. This was perfect for our first family beach vacation. The kids enjoyed playing the games provided during some down times. We loved going right out the patio door to the courtyard pool. This unit is a great value. Across the street on the beach side you would pay twice this and have a much smaller space without being much closer to the beach. I would definitely stay in this unit again, hopefully soon!

This was our 2nd year visiting Hilton Head,we stayed in the same rental.Love the location to restaurants and beaches,as well as the layout of the condo.Bike trails and tennis are close by.A great vacation!Highly recommend this rental.

We were very pleased with our stay. The place was clean and quiet and a short walk to the beach. We encountered one minor issue and called the rental office. They were so nice and helpful and had someone at our place in less than 45 minutes to fix the issue! Thanks for a great vacation!

Quiet corner unit. We've stayed at Surf Court many times and glad that management now locks the pool at night to prohibit the 2 am (loud) swimmers. Management was prompt to respond to requests. Unit was comfortably furnished.
