Surf Court is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Surf Court 47 is a two-story townhouse with a street level entry and first floor. These properties are within 1 to 1.5 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van der Meer Tennis Center. Vacationers seeking a good value don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean and like parking at the front door of their condo. Living room sliders to a first floor patio provide easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. This is the second year that we have spent March at 47 Surf Court and we hope to spend next year there. The management company is excellent, the condo comfortable, and the location could not be better for our needs.

We have stayed at various Surf Court units over 20 years, rented through the private owner and through Seashore Vacations. This unit was the nicest we have ever stayed in. My only complaint would be that I didn't realize we would be charged a fee for paying with American Express gift cards. Had I known, I would have paid with a check. I knew there was a fee for credit cards, but didn't realize it applied to gift cards as well. Otherwise, everything was great.

We enjoyed a wonderful winter vacation in a very comfortable property. We were most impressed with the friendliness of the office staff and the prompt service from the maintenance person when something needed taking care of. We have requested the same unit for next March.
