Our first time renting from Sunset. The reservationist was very helpful in helping me find a good villa to rent and their Spring special saved us on the cost. The villa was very comfortable and nicely decorated. My only complaint was the smaller patio and being set back a little on the side of the building kept the patio and living room on the dark side. The views of the golf course were still good. The community pool is on the small side but the community is small so it was still not crowded. Shipyard Plantation is great with easy access to the Southern end of Hilton Head plus it's own beach access.
