Great location to shopping, dining, beach and Coligny Plaza! Very comfortable and could easily sleep 6 (we were only 4). Loved the kitchen and all of the cooking supplies and utensils. Unit also provided a charcoal grill for use during our stay (most condos and villas do not allow grills).

The good & bad ... We have mostly rented at Surf Court units since 1980. Surf Court #50 is by far the best SC rental experience we have ever had... with one very large exception. The living room includes a 2-seat couch and a 3-seat couch. Both have very weak springs and need total replacement. Retain the coverings, as they fit in well with the decor of the rest of the living room area. The Master BR has exceptional colors, with the deep blue walls for starters. Both 2nd floor toilets need total replacement. Updated stools now have slightly higher seats, and use less water. We own and rent four single-family homes in Indpls. and recognize good rental properties when we see them. Surt Court #50 is clearly in that class.
