46 Lands End is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath Sea Pines Plantation property located in the highly desirable Lands End Community near South Beach Marina. This Cape Cod duplex, which is in a cul-de-sac, offers magnificent views of the Calibogue Sound and Braddock Cove. Enjoy your morning coffee from the comfort of the screened-in porch as you watch the dolphins playing in the surf. Six steps down is a large sundeck with built-in benches, a variety of seating, and a gas grill. Soak up the sun watching the boats and kayakers pass by, and marvel at the seagulls soaring t...hrough the sky.

From the front entrance is a living room with ample seating and a spectacular marsh view. There is a navy couch, 2 white wicker cushioned chairs with sailboat-themed cushions, and a golf-themed director’s chair. Tucked into a corner is a wet bar with an ice-maker and glass-lined shelves. It will be great for the family to watch a movie together on the 46 inch flat screen television with Blu-Ray DVD. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and has views of the cove as well. A glass table with 7 high back bamboo cushioned chairs will be nice for dinner, but how wonderful to also dine al fresco in the screened-in porch! The fully equipped kitchen has ample counter space and opens up to the living room, dining room, and Carolina Room. Off the kitchen, a glassed-in Carolina Room offers fantastic views of Braddock Cove and the Calibogue Sound. Perhaps the kids want to watch television separately on the 32 inch HDTV flat screen with DVD. They can sit on the light blue couch, loveseat, or bamboo chair. A sliding door provides access to the screened in porch. Also on the main level is a lovely bedroom with a queen sized- bed with white wicker furniture and a 26 inch flat screen TV. A desk is provided so guests can write postcards to friends about their fabulous beach vacation! There is a private bath with a combination tub/shower.

The second level of this delightful duplex has two bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, there is a bedroom on the left with 2 twin beds with bamboo headboards and blue and white quilted comforters. Light and airy with 3 tall windows, there is a director’s chair and a 26 inch flat screen TV. A private bath has a combination tub/shower. The master bedroom, which is to the right of the staircase, has a phenomenal panoramic view of the tranquil Braddock Cove. Beautiful trees line the marsh vegetation and boats can be seen in the distance. The waterway winds gently around a bend to reveal The Calibogue Sound and the red and white striped Harbour Town Lighthouse! There is a king-sized bed with a bamboo headboard and a bedspread with a palm tree motif. Sit and read your favorite book in the cushioned bamboo chair or the floral director’s chair, or kick back and watch a show on the 32 in flat screen TV with DVD. The private bath has a combination tub/shower.

The Lands End complex features an on-site pool and 2 private parking spaces per property. With just a short walk or bike ride to South Beach Marina, guests can find restaurants, shops, water activities, and nightly entertainment. A complimentary one hour per day of tennis comes with the rental. Get your game on! With its tranquil setting and stunning views of both the Calibogue Sound and Braddock Cove, 46 Lands End is the perfect family getaway.
