Left on 09/01/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We did not want to leave! This home is comfortable, spacious, in a beautiful setting and with tons of amenities. The kitchen is very well equipped and the decor throughout lovely. The pictures are very close but do no justice. Our week was a rainy one, and we had no complaints staying home, doing puzzles, watching TV and browsing through the many games and books the owners have provided. The pool is perfect and situated to get enough sun to make it enjoyable, so we had many dips in between rain showers. We have rented numerous places both in Sea Pines and in other vacation areas, and this is without question our new favorite. The only thing to be aware of: to reach the third bedroom, one must walk through the second. Doors in both rooms open to a courtyard, so there was no problem for our adult son to get into the main part of the house, but for some, that could be an issue. But the bottom line -- simply cannot say enough great things about 14 Stoney Creek! It is perfect in every way for a wonderful vacation.
