This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is freshly painted and furnished with new linens, furniture and TVs. Located on the corner of North Forest Beach Drive and Osprey Street, this house is the perfect getaway for a family or small group. The house is a 2-minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Enter the house from the spacious front steps and deck, perfect for catching the evening breezes.
The living area features a new sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and open kitchen. The 2 guest bedrooms are to the right of the living room with a shared bath at the end of the hall. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom is to the left of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Featuring a king bed and doors to the front patio, this room is quite spacious. The en-suite master bathroom is recently remodeled with a full size shower. The backyard features a large ground level pool (12' x 31') and fenced-in yard.

“Great week at the beach!”
