This is a beautifully furnished home with 3BR/3BA plus a den with a sleeper sofa, located in Sea Pines offering a very private yard with a large heatable pool* and spa*.

The foyer has Mexican pavers with an overhead skylight producing a bright spacious feeling that is reinforced as you enter the spacious cathedral ceiling living room and dining room area. The living room has 3 large windows for an exciting view of the pool and wooded back yard. Beautifully furnished in a plush, elegant, British West Indies themed décor, this exciting room features large cushy overstuffed couch, loveseat and chair. The warmth and charm are enhanced by a floor to ceiling brick fireplace, beautifully carved cabinet bar and large gracefully carved coffee table. Palm lamps and cushions and various wicker baskets and ornate boxes help to compliment the exotic theme, which is highlighted with primitive tropical paintings. Also available is a 38" inch TV. The dining area has a beautiful wood, glass topped dining table, which can seat 8 centered near windows and skylights overlooking a wooded setting.

The light kitchen has pergo floors, a center island with stove, and a pass through with breakfast bar and stools. A closet contains the full size washer and dryer. An open feeling is further enhanced with two sets of sliding glass doors where you can enter the most inviting and charming large screened in porch. Here you'll find a wealth of beautiful wicker furniture including table, chairs and chaise lounge. Equally exciting is the view of the pool* and forest beyond. Also for your pleasure and convenience is a mini refrigerator on this great porch area. For those who want internet access, this home is equipped with wireless connection.

The master bedroom offers a King brass bed, armoire with TV and DVD, large windows for a great wooded view and a view of the spa and pool. The master bath has been completely remodled in 2011and offers a deep oversized air jetted spa tub, separate shower, large make-up vanity mirror and dual sink.

The second bedroom has two twin beds with a beach and tropical theme. The private den with views of the pool and spa is tastefully decorated and has a sleeper sofa couch for extra sleeping versatility. Also available is a TV with VCR. The hall bath services both the second bedroom with the twin beds and the den.

Upstairs, is the very private and spacious third bedroom with a queen bed, TV, armoire and hall full bath.

The charm and ambiance of this splendid home is matched by what's waiting for you outside. Step out into your very private retreat with an exceptionally large 33' x 15' heated pool * with steps and in-pool seating and adjacent spa.* Spacious decking and seating is perfect for lounging, having breakfast or lunch or grilling on your gas grill.   The house is wonderful but minor details need to be addressed. The dining room lights did not work and other minor electrical repairs had to be made. We ended up eating by candlelight all week. Sliding glass doors off of the porch need to be repaired. The house needs a manual for operating the lights, the spa, and the pool. The mattresses in the two other bedrooms (master bedroom was fine) were uncomfortable and forget about the sleep (torture rack) sofa. The location is great - Sea Pines is a wonderful community. The beer refrigerator, porch, pool, spa, and gas grill were great. Just needs attention to details. We would visit again.

  We were all very disappointed with this house. The kitchen was dirty with unusable cookware. The oven door was held together with tape! Stove, dishwasher, trash compactor, all dirty. Not an area suited to cooking a meal. On our night to entertain the family, we had to go to one of the other houses to prepare the dinner.
  The second floor bath was in need of remodeling.
  Wet pet stains on the living room carpet upon our arrival.
  I booked this house for my husband and I and my two sisters-in-law and their husbands. I was so embarrassed especially since the houses rented by other family members for our reunion were really nice.
  The pool area was not inviting. Torn screen on door. The pool did not look clean nor did the various lounge chairs. This house (with the exception of the master bath) is in need of a major renovation. I feel just awful as I was responsible for selecting this house for us. I wished I was made aware of the poor condition of this place prior to the vacation.

  House is quite comfortable and pleasant. Great location for bike paths, beach is a bit of a hike but manageable. Really appreciated the pet friendly policy. Solid vacation house with a nice pool. We would stay there again.

  This is a nice older home in a quiet section of the best area on the island. The private pool is wonderful although it was unusually cool last fall and the pool gets just a few hours of direct sun in October. We paid extra to heat the pool but it didn't quite get the temp up enough. The hot tub was great and the grill on the deck made for a nice cookout. The bike path runs right behind the house and it's a quick ride to the beach. The people at Hilton Head rentals were a pleasure to deal with and there were no surprises.

  Great Pool, Not up to HH Standards

  The house was in a good location, although farther fm the beach than I would have liked. However the paths led you there quite nicely.
  
  The house was decorated nicely and warm/comfortable. The pool was fantastic and a nice size house. The main issue with the house is it was not clean. Garbage was found outside, the grounds were not kept and we had trouble with mice. That was a REAL BuMMER.
  
  I did not rent this house again myself because mgmt was not responsive to the situation. I'm not sure where the responsibility lies but beware of this prior to renting.I'v rented in HH for the past 11 yrs and never experienced this type of problem. Nice house , good price and location with a potential to ruin your week on the island.

  We have been coming to the Island for over 20
  years,
  and this was one of our least favorite stays. The
  home is a nice home, but was not cleaned or cared
  for
  in an satisfactory manner. We paid extra to have
  the
  pool and hot tub heated since we were there in
  early
  April. After two days it stopped working and HH
  Rentals & Golf was not responsive. Later in the
  week
  the pool became too dirty to enjoy, and we were
  told
  that only a pre-stay cleaning was provided. The
  home
  could be a nice place if a little TLC was applied.
  I
  place most of this responsibility on the rental
  company. Sorry.
