Nice development, great view, unit itself was good but it needs a thorough cleaning, new linens, and for heaven sake go to Walmart and and get coffee pot for eight bucks! -

Beautiful grounds, nice facilities. The place was relatively empty because as other owners we met stated, with the painting and plastic covering all the units they advised people of the issue and rentals were non-existant. We were never advised of this. Also place was clean but not really clean and we made an effort to clean the unit to much higher level which owners should have noted as we advised the rental co we dealt with. The rental company was advised of no view, noisey painting equipment etc and we thought the owners would have made a amends with a little better deal this coming October. No response from them. When we go back we will chose one of the other owners who appeared to want there "renters" to feel welcome and appreciated.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay in Hampton Place. the location in Palmetto Dunes is ideal, the condo is very roomy for a one bedroom, and having a pool and place right on the beach for that price is a steal! The garbage disposal in kitchen was broken, but Hilton Head Rentals & Golf said they'd take care of it before next guest. Would definitely come back again.

We loved seeing the pool and ocean right from our balcony. The breezes coming into the living room were beautiful and we enjoyed our vacation very much. The 6104 condo was very convenient as was most other things. Thank you

Hampton place is perfectly located within Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head. Unit 6104 was more than adequate for our needs.

kitchen and baths. Furniture on balcony was very dirty when

I did fill in one survey, but here goes again.
The trip to Hilton Head and Hampton 6104 was perfect with the exception of the internet not working. We will definitely plan to come back.
Staff there at Hilton Head Rentals & Golf were great and very professional.
