Great home, great location!! Our families enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The children loved the dock and the swimming pool.

My wife left a pretty detailed review about our stay. But this PD locations needs more updates and should be property prepared and checked prior to renting: musty/old smelling (needs to be aired out), dirty and not ready- we had to personally clean for half the first day, grill not useable, patio furniture dirty needs to be power washed, pool chemicals not properly maintained to make it usable, mildew in showers, decor was fine and living space suited our needs but this place can certainly use TLC. Not really good for a family with toddlers and teen. But probably great for older couples with older teens.

Best Features - easy walk to beach. Good size kitchen. Nice layout of the bedrooms. Liked the pull out couch in living room. Dock on lagoon is great for hanging out and fishing.
Least liked features - pool too small. Not enough towels. Kitchen lacking in decent cookware (needs more pots & pans). Twin beds mattresses way too soft - sit on the edge and you fall off! -

The vacation was wonderful. The house was perfect for our family. We had seven people. It was well stocked, and the location was great. I could walk to the beach in about five minutes. The weather could not have been better. We were also close to Savannah. The agency was a great help, and the rental process was very smooth.
