House was beautiful and had everything we needed. The Swimming Pool left a little to be desired. It was dirty and it was full of pine straw every morning when we went to the pool. Wish there were less Pine trees because of the pine straw and it blocked the sun. The house also did not have working wireless internet. We had to go to an internet cafe to do some work for our jobs...just a little annoying!

Everything was fine until someone smashed our car window and vandalized the inside of our car. Other than that things were good for a guys golf trip.

Property had a great location convenient to beach and pool.
My wife is big on cleanliness and thought the carpet was not up to par. Flloors were not real clean and prominent large stains in some places detracted from overall appearance of unit, as well as dirty garbage can area in garage. -

The home and community were well maintained and very comfortable. Convenient location next to pool, one block from beach, and beside tennis facility. Would happily return to this same rental!

We Choose Lyons 6 to accomadate our growing family. We took my 86 year old mother and our daughter and our son and his wife and two young granddaughters, ages 3 and 10 months. There was room for everyone and we all had a great time. Everything is very convenient and within walking distance. The unit is beautifully decorated. The surroundings are very quiet except for a noisey bird that sang outside my bedroom window at night.
Loved it and would go back in a heartbeat....
