A Great home for large family gatherings. Cream carpet throughout.ENTRY: Foyer with dark blue black ceramic tile and a contemporary key table with small drawers. HALF BATH: To the left there is a half bath with sink, mirror and commode done in wood trim and soft colors. KITCHEN: Solid wood cabinetry, all top of the line appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, TV, phone, etc. Bleached wood ceramic tile top table with... 6 matching chairs sits if front of the bay window that views the pool. Off of the kitchen is a second HALF BATH with beach theme wallpaper and is easily accessible from the pool area.LIVING ROOM: Sectional sofa in a cream, coral, slate blue and navy floral print. Dark wood square coffee table and end table. Stucco and ceramic tile fireplace with tons of books and decorative items give this room character. To the right of the fireplace is a 36" TV with remote and VCR. This home also offers a stereo with CD player. Great view to the ocean through the double sets of sliding glass doors. On the deck there is 1 chaise lounge and two tables with four chairs each. This deck continues around the entire home.DINING ROOM: Opens from living room with one large oval table that seats six and another smaller one to the left side that seats four. Both tables are wood with matching chairs. A wet bar is adjacent to the dining set.4 BEDROOMS/3 FULL BATHS and 2 HALF BATHSMASTER BEDROOM: Downstairs to the left, King-swing bed with soft, pastel floral pattern in blues, pinks and shell. Two bleached wood nightstands with matching lamps. Wicker TV stand that holds a 27" TV and VCR. Private bath, with his and her sinks separate shower/bathtub and lots of closet space. Great view to the ocean from private sliding glass doors to the sun deck.UPSTAIRS 2ND BEDROOM: Bedroom to the right. This bedroom has two queen beds with bright comforters in blues, greens, yellows and reds in an ocean motif. On the window ledge are two statues, one of a boy playing in the sand, the other of a girl enjoying the ocean. White wicker headboards, nightstands and dresser to match, plus a phone. A 20" TV and VCR with remote also sits on a white wicker stand. A private bath with shower and bathtub combination. 3rd BEDROOM: This center bedroom has a king-swing bed with a white rattan and matching dresser and nightstand. The bedspread is in a brightly colored spring floral pattern. A 20" TV and VCR with remote has its own stand at the end of the bed. There is an adjoining bath with double sinks and a shower/bathtub combination that connects to the fourth bedroom.4th BEDROOM: A brand new, natural finished, oak bedroom suite, make up this cozy bedroom. There are two queen beds with pastel plaid comforters in blue, yellow, pink and green in a tropical pattern. Each of the beds have their own nightstands and lamps and a phone. A 20" TV and VCR with remote on a natural wicker stand. This bedroom shares an adjoining bath with the third bedroom. MISCELLANEOUS: Built 1978, redecorated 7/98. Large pool on non-ocean side with lots of deck space also has a small angelic statue pouring water. This pool can be heated and is lighted. A charcoal grill for guest use. There are 7 chairs, 3 lounges, 2 large tables, and 2 small tables surrounding the pool. Wrap around deck and Iron gate around house and driveway.   The house itself was a great bones of a house but repirs were needed, the kitchn was not well stocked with typical kitchen items, much of the furntiture was worn )some of it even tattered) and it needed a thorough cleaning. We loved the lcoation on the beach and the island itself. Wished we could have stayed another week.

  Beautiful views of the beach. Bedding was not what it said it was, think it said 2 queen beds and they were definetly doubles. And 2 kings, one was a king and the second a queen. Dishwasher was broken the whole time we were there so we had to wash dishes all week! Overall, I think we will look for something closer to home for our next beach vacation.

  Wonderful vacation home!

  This rental was awesome! Exactly what we wanted for a larger group of ladies. Right on the ocean, away from the busy area. We will be staying again sometime. I only gave it a 3 star for cleanliness because the garbage was not picked up from previous rental(was put in wrong place)and we ended up with fruit flies in the extreme but otherwise everything was very clean and well taken care of. We loved it and Hilton Head.

  A Wonderful Life

  The property and scenery were absolutley fabulous. My family still talk's about the vacation to this day. Each and everyone of us were able to relax and catch up with our thoughts. The island tours were great and full of history. The property was in great shape and the neighboors were insightful and full of history. We look forward to planning
  another vacation through your agency. I can still feel the ocean breeze on my face and see the sun rise early in the morning!!!!

  T'giving rental

  This house has a nice view of the beach, and a relatively secluded area. It is minimaly furnished, but sufficient, not elegant.
  THERE were many problems with the facility that shoud have been fixed before we moved in.
  These were: On arrival, the elevator did not work, and the garage area had many lights that were burned out.
  These were fairly promptly taken care of, but should have been repaired prior to our arrival. ( especially after I had on 2 occasions specifically mentioned that we needed the elevator for my 82 year old mother,and asked to be sure it worked.)
  Screen doors from maser bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floor were not on the runners, either sitting in the bedroom, or were on the ground outside of the bedrrom porch. The other bedrooms, on both the second and 3rd floor,both shower heads were clogged and thus gave very minimal output. Master shower on 3rd floor was missing the shower door. Also, this same bathroom had 2 sinks, one of which did not drain as it was clogged. Kitchen only had 3 white bowls, should have 8, or more. Main floor deck by beach needs repair. Table, chairs, railing needs rust scraped off and paint. Walkway spray shower to wash off feet, etc was broken and laying on the deck. Grill did not work properly and needs repair. ( I had also inquired to be sure it had a working grill.) Upon arrival, hot water had horrible stench and the entire house smelled like sulfur from this.
  After calling and being advised to run hot water until it had totally run out, we had to leave the house for hours as the stench was too strong to endure!! (We had to leave just to get the odor out of the house.)
  This shoud have been done prior to arrival.
  Most of these issues should have been addressed prior to our arrival. No one had inspected this property to be sure it was properly ready for occupation. When renting a facility as siginificant as this, frequent inspections should be done to be sure everything is in proper order.
