BREAKFAST NOOK with round wooden table and 4 matching chairs, area rug, chandelier, 12" TV with remote, French doors that lead to SUN ROOM with white wicker furniture (tables, chairs, rockers) and blue painted wooden flooring. Door to pool area from sun room. Breakfast nook also has French doors leading to pool area. Kitchen, breakfast nook and sun room ALL have great OCEAN VIEWS.LIVING ROOM: (1st floor) Closet with stacked washer/dryer(full-size w/d upstairs). Beautiful FULL BAR with wood and marble countertops, walls painted taupe, brick fireplace (for decorative use only), white canvas sofa and 2 matching leather chairs, cream & green area rug, 25" TV with remote and VCR with remote, STEREO system with tape deck and CD 5 disc changer player.   Two couples travel nearly 900 miles from different cities to spend a week together. We have stayed in nine different houses @ H.H. This the best place by far. Two master suites, a great view , wonderful kitchen, even an elevator, and much more all in very nice condition.

  Awesome House!

  We were greeted after a 10-hour drive by an absolutely awesome house! It was immaculate. It offered us everything that we could want - the beach was right there; we enjoyed cooking at the house as there was a gas grill; the pool was nice and large; there was a new wooden deck surrounding the pool. A real thank you to the owners for expertly maintaining such a beautiful property! A real joy to be on vacation at Hilton Head!

  Have stayed at 17 Brigantine several times. Great comfortable house, however, starting to look dated. Needs a bit more upkeep.

  my family and I had a great time at 17 Brigatine this year. we had a small problem with the fire alarms but it was cleared up as soon as we called by a maintence man who was very courteous.

  Gorgeous Oceanfront Home

  We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. I was with my daughter, son-in-law and my 3 granddaughters. Two are married and I was delighted their husbands were able to come.
  
  Sadly the weather did not cooperate this week and we were inside a good bit. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed cooking light meals in the gourmet kitchen.
  The home is beautifully decorated which made for a very pleasant stay.
  
  I found it very helpful that the home has an elevator and I did not have to tackle stairs.
  
  We hope we can return next year. This is our 8th year vacationing in Hilton Head and this was the nicest house we have ever rented by far.
  
  We did have to call for more towels as they forgot to leave a set in one of the bedrooms.

  For someone who wants more than the average vacational rental. This oceanfront home is unique to have a screened-in porch with a view of the pool and ocean and the oceanfront bedrooms have screened doors so that you can enjoy the fresh air on a mild day. There is also a den with a sleeper sofa and T.V. What makes it unique is that the den has privacy doors, a small closet and a full private bath. In effect it is a 5 bedroom/bath house for the price of a 4 bedroom/bath house. It is a smaller house but the arcitectual detail, furnishings, and paint colors are absolutely beautiful.

  This lovely beachfront home is our favorite in Palmetto Dunes. I hesitate to tell how great it is because it is hard to get availablity now. The screened porch is the best. The pool is larger than most. The house has an elevator (unadvertised) from the underground garage to the first and second floors, making unloading and loading the cars much easier. It was remodeled recently and has beautiful travertine baths, and an extra half bath on the first floor near the kitchen, and a butler's pantry that makes storage a breeze. Watch out for the rock next to the driveway. Parking is very limited.

  Beautiful house!

  This beachfront home is stunning with a renovated interior and all new
  furnishings. Private beachfront access, screened porch, and private
  pool are added bonuses. Six adults and two children stayed very
  comfortably for the week. I would highly recommend this property!
