This house is in need of major updating. 1. A light hanging down by the wires outside by pool. 2. Carpet dirty 3. Walls need painting .4.Furniture is tired .5.. No one cut the grass while we were there. I have stayed there 2 times in this house . I would not stay in this house again unless there is a major change in its upkeep . Not worth 7200 a week . By the way have been coming to Palmeto Dunes for 30 Years . I will come back but I will make sure that the next house I rent has been recently remodeled.

This happens to be my favorite house in HH. Beautifully furnished, big pool and second row in from beach in Palmetto Dunes. We would have rented it again but it was already booked for august...

This home was very well maintained, rooms were large and it was close to the beach in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. The pool was a nice size with plenty of lounge chairs placed by the pool. There were two tables with umbrellas and chairs for a large group. Overall, we liked the house alot. The master bedroom was the only bedroom on the 2nd floor which was nice.

House is located 2nd row in Palmetto Dunes. No beach sight lines from house, but beach is 30 second walk away. Overall the house is great...good social spaces, very nice kitchen, living room, and accessible pool area. There are beautiful bathrooms in every bedroom. Only complaint about the house would be the beds...a little tough to sleep on. This is the fifth house we've stayed at in Palmetto Dunes, and by far the nicest.

This house has it all. Slightly different floor plan with kitchen and dining on top (3rd) floor, but really nice house with all amenities. Incredibly well decorated, one house from the beach, and probably the nicest house we have stayed in at Hilton Head. No disppointments here. Jerry Stout
