Our stay was in the later part of October, and we were happy with the house. Six couples stayed at the house for eight nights and there was plenty of room for everyone. The outside area was perfect, and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything in the home was up dated and clean, and we could not have asked for a better location. We will stay at the home again!

We had extended family and friends for a few days that filled the house. It was the week of my son's wedding. We held the rehearsal dinner (60 guests)around the pool with candles and tiki torches. The day after the wedding, friends returned home and we were left with just six of us in this beautiful home. I can't say enough for the memories created during this fantastic week. Two kitchens, two family rooms, large bedrooms. We had one small maintenance issue that was dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a large group.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Mooring Buoy house. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is even bigger and better in person! It is a perfect place to bring extended family (we came with 3 other families with their kids). The pool is very nice, you are right across the street from the beach, and it is overlooking the golf couse. It is truly amazing! We loved all the extras...2 kitchens, hot tub, large bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 family rooms, and tvs in each bedroom. We would recommend this house to anyone, and would love to stay in it again!

This was our second vacation at 49 Mooring Bouy and we were so happy to find it in good condition after 3 years. There were a couple of items that needed updating (chairs by the pool and the elevator was broken) but the house is generously stocked with cooking supplies and the 2 kitchens and laundry rooms makes it a great pick for big groups.

We very much enjoyed our vacation week in this home. The kitchen could be a little better equipped, especially if you cook in most nights. All thing considered, I would recommend staying here. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, tennis and General Store.

The house is extraordinary and we may want to rent again next year for the same week. The double master suites allowed my family to really spread out particularly since we had a 7 week old new grandson that needed lots of attention.
We have stayed at many different homes and condos in Palmetto Dunes and this was the most comfortable we have ever been. -

We went with three families to this house. There was plenty
of room for everyone and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The
kitchen was huge and it was nice having the two family
rooms. Our only complaint would be that there were not
three king beds. We had six adults and one couple had to
sleep on the "queen" bed which really felt more like a double
bed. Good location and close enough to the beach! The kids
loved the pool! We had a wonderful stay!! -

We rented 49 Mooring Buoy 2 weeks ago and had a fantastic stay in Hilton Head. This home is beautiful. It is well equipped and the layout is wonderful for a group family vacation.
There were 4 families here and we loved the home. Goode's vacation rental company provided us with outstanding service. The pool service was top notch-the best we have ever had and the housekeeping was perfect. We had a wonderful trip and really appreciated having the best service. This home is convenient and well maintained! We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years and this one of the best rental properties yet! -

The house was great. The pool and outside areas were our favorites. Just a
short walk to the beach. We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years
and used many rental companies. Dealing with Goode was a great experience
everything was just as they promised. One of the most useful things was the
information book Goode had in the home giving all the details of the house
and services. -

Our entire family had a wonderful stay at this home during Christmas
week 2008. Weather was delightful for that time of year and we could
not have been happier with the size and location of the beautiful home
on Mooring Buoy, with close proximity to the beach, golf course
overlooking the backyard - the setting was magnificent!
Master bedrooms were exquisite - all of the bedrooms were larger
than normal - each having their own private bathroom.
Two living areas (family rooms) allowed for 16 people to move freely
throughout the home and not feel confined.
This home is definitely one that would impress anyone interested in
staying in Palmetto Dunes - I highly recommend it. -

We just spent a wonderful week at this lovely Beach House and had a wonderful time, it was perfect for our family. The house was closer to the beach than we planned, just a short walk down the road. The manager was wonderful to work with and made sure we had what we needed to get in because of our late night arrival we just drove right to the house. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to learn that the pictures online matched the home. It's actually nicer than the pictures! We'd definitely recommend this house - The only problem is that you never want to leave, the house makes for a great place to relax and because it is so big you are not tripping over anyone, everyone has their own space. We cooked a turkey on the grill outside in Nov. We'll be
back . This was a wonderful memorable Thanksgiving for our family. Enjoy as we did.
