When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by not only the location but the condition of the property. It was everything that had been described to us and more. The only thing I might mention on the negative side is...the mosquitos were terrible at night! Certainly no reflection on the house but good to know when planning your stay.

fifth year staying here. love everything about it except: mattresses need upgrade, would appreciate a gas grill, water pressure in showers and comode is lacking, screen doors need replacing to deck.

Our whole family came and really enjoyed our visit. Location was great, pool
was good sized, and rooms were spacious. THey had everything we needed.
Only issue was that we had a drain clogged and some stained sheets that we
had to call twice for before someone came to fix. Otherwise, would have given

Loved everything about our stay and the house was in the perfect location
with easy access to golf and tennis. The charcoal grill (as opposed to gas) was
a huge plus since my husband is the original Grillmaster! We cooked "at home"
nearly every night. Pool was also the right size for us. Rooms (especially the
master bedroom) were large and beautiful and each bedroom had its own
bathroom. Liked the fact that the master bedroom was very far away from the
kids' rooms! We will be back. Price very affordable.
The ONLY downside (and it is minor) is that the house did not have a hair
dryer and we had 3 lovely women in our group who forgot theirs.

Excellent home, situated very well! The 3 bedrooms are spaced well apart and the floorplan is open and inviting. The pool was also very nice, and we enjoyed just hanging out. Close to Harbour Town. Would certainly recommend and would also love to go back!

The house was wonderful. It had everything you would need. The way it's laid out is wonderful for multiple families to rent it at the same time, for family reunions for example. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location of the house was wonderful. The pool was very clean. We only had one problem when you turned on the front porch light and the master bedroom TV it would trip a breaker. Other than that we had a wonderful time. I would definitely rent here again.
