The location was perfect, a five minute walk to the beach, restaurants are close and enjoyed the free tennis hour at Vandemeer. The condo was clean and perfect size for our family.

Condo needs to be sprayed for flees on the rug under the kitchen table. Kitchen was well-equipped and condo clean. We enjoyed the location. Lock box was difficult to get in to. We had a great vacation and will definitely return.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The deck was especially nice, but it does need some repair. It is OK now, but some decking is starting to rot. It could be a hazard in the future.
I think this was our 6th or 7th stay with you at one of the Beachwalk properties. That tells you we have been very satisfied. We plan on returning for Spring break in 2011. -

Great size in very nice location with great location. Easy access to the beach, biking trails.
The exterior needs some cleaning, and the upstairs a/c did not work well. -

This condo was an easy bike ride to the beach, but perhaps a long walk for some. It was well equipped but in need of either new carpeting or a deep cleaning. We liked the bedrooms upstairs and all the living area on the first floor. Having a lav on the first floor was very convenient.

Loved where we stayed. It is a must to rent bikes for the entire family. The condo was a short distance to the beach, but we enjoyed the bike ride. We had teenagers ranging in age from 15 to 19 and they loved the laid back atmosphere, as did we.
Many many great places to dine and many many places to shop!
The best suggestion I could make is to bring along a GPS. The island is beautiful but businesses are hidden from view along the main roads, difficult to find specific businesses.
Will definately return for vacations in the future! -

We enjoyed our stay in 203 Beachwalk. The townhouse was clean and cheerful. The air conditioning was great and functioned properly. All appliances worked very well. My only suggestion would be to have a listing of the cable channels by the tvs. For some reason, the downstairs tv and the upstairs tv had different channel lineups. This may not be important to everyone, but it would make things even better.
