This peaceful Colonnade villa in Shipyard Plantation has a bright and airy living space that features a 32” flat screen TV with DVD player and access to the sitting deck off the living room.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and private bath with double sinks and tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and access to a jack-and-jill style hall bath with a walk-in shower.

A very nice one story villa and very private. We were very happy with the location and decor. However, the bed is very uncomfortable and I suggest that you take your own pillow. The pillows in this unit is very flat. All the amenties that you will need are included.

My husband and I took our two small children (one is two years old and the other is five months old) to Hilton Head for the week. We were very happy with the condo itself. It was very clean had lots of room for the four of us. The beach was close too, only a five minute walk on the trail beside the condos. Our son loved the pool! It was clean and never very crowded. I would recommend taking trash bags, baggies and a dish sponge for the kitchen as those things were not provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Not Impressed in NC

The location was above average. Unit was laid out well, but the carpet was dirty. We also saw roaches on several ocassions. Bedsheets did not feel fresh but like they had been on the bed for a while. I brought some linen for the twins, but I slept on the bedspread in the king because the sheets did not feel clean.

This was our first time vacationing in Hilton Head Island. It was really a crap shoot picking out a condo from the internet. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the condo and it's condition and condo. We will definitely be returning!

Overall experience was good. The things we liked the most were the easy location to bike path and to pool. Only things that were an issue were that it smelled like vinegar (really bad~so much so we had to buy air fresheners and vacuum several times to get the stink out). The carpet was stained to badly it needs replaced, not enough towels from linen service to accomodate 5 guests.
Beds were comfortable in Master and 2nd bedroom, but the pull out couch was broken so the two younger boys had to sleep with their heads hanging down or the wrong way around in bed. (they informed us that was probably where the odor was coming from.

Just as an update the mechanism was fixed for the sleeper sofa. Also the comments regarding the carpet was forwarded to our property manager and the owner. It is best when issues arise like this to contact us during the stay so that we can attempt to take care of the problem during the stay.
