Description from the manager
This Continental Club townhome features a lush private courtyard and cozy atmosphere for relaxing near the beach. The living room is furnished with a 32” flat screen TV and sleeper sofa for additional guests. From the open living area, sliding doors lead to the private patio with table for entertaining. There is a gas grill available for your use as well.
Both bedrooms are on the second floor of the villa. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, 27" flat screen TV, and has access to the shared bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, TV and access to the shared bathroom with tub/shower combination.

We had a great stay. We really liked the check in it was real conivent. And the condo was clean and just the right size for a family of 4. And it was in a great location. Easy access to beach. Really enjoyed the stay will go back. Recommend this rental!!!

Our family was looking for a close, last minute, vacation that would not cost us an arm and a leg - this rental was awesome! Considering we had 5 kids with 4 of them under the age of 6, it really was not that far to the beach and was very peaceful oasis for our vacation.

The location was perfect - easy walk to the beach, but situated so we weren't on the main street. Our young girls could ride their bikes in the parking lot and to/from the beach. Best time to go too - weather and water still warm, but with far less people. The house was a bit in need though. We chose the property for the enclosed patio but with it being so overgrown, we weren't able to use it. The house also could have used a better cleaning. I'm thinking it was vacant for several weeks prior to our arrival and it needed a "refresher" cleaning which it did not get. The staff at Resort Rentals were friendly and very helpful. We made a last minute reservation and they were quick to assist us. When we arrived far earlier than we anticipated, they were able to accommodate us, and they even pointed us in the right direction to pick up some great information regarding area restaurants. I'd definitely try renting through Resort Rentals again.
