This second floor entry townhome in Courtside has three levels with plenty of room for families. The main floor consists of living and dining areas, kitchen, and half bath. The living room features a 37" flat screen TV and CD player. It also has access to the balcony with a spiral staircase down to the pool for your convenience.
On the second floor, the first master bedroom has a king bed with TV, pool views, and private bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and also has a private bath. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. This floor also features a washer and dryer.

Let me start off by saying that I really enjoyed staying here. The pool is great, 7min walk to the beach, and close to bars, food, and shops. The townhouse itself is great but there are lots of things that need repaired. The rug is dirty so wear your flip flops, the batteries on the door needed replaced as soon as we got here so we could not lock the door. But, maintenance came asap so that wasn't bad. Our latch to the 3rd floor master bedroom door fell off, there is something off near the masterbed. I think it holds the mirror in place above the bed but i'm not sure. All of the fixtures need updating. The gold plating is coming off of all them and makes a great place look dingy. There must be a weak breaker because everytime my mom used her hair dryer (in the double bed room) the breaker would trip. I'm not sure what the other bedrooms were like as I didn't go in those.
I do not think that they cleaned this to well. I don't expect much ( I am a flight attendant and am in many hotels all the time) but when I run a Lysol wipe over the bath tub and it comes out dirty I think that's a little much. I Lysol everything as soon as a get to a hotel so it wasn't a big for me but maybe for others.
The kitchen is very well stocked and I was happy to see a wine opener! The t.vs are decent and the internet works great!
I do miss not having a grill.. That would have been nice.
Over all this is a fantastic place to stay and I would do it again. -

The unit was attractive and comfortable. The Hilton head beach is as nice as a beach can be, warm and full of sand dollars. The best thing was Grocery-run.com, who stocked the kitchen before we arrived. A wonderful service!

We really enjoyed our visit here. We had everything we needed. It was a great vacation and hope to do it again. My grandkids loved the pool and it was right at our backdoor. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was comfortable, big enough for 7 people and we never felt crowded. It had everything we needed. Great to have a pool so near and just walking distance from the beach. There is a lot to do on the island. We went jet skiing and bicycling. Great to have all those bike paths! We had a wonderful vacation! Thanks!

We have scheduled our last 2 years of vacations with your rental company and have been very pleased with your service and response time. I certainly hope you will let the owner of courtside 62 know the following issues with his property that we had to deal with during our stay: The twin bed bedroom bath leaked thru dining room ceiling when you took a shower ( repair man came next day but did not fix the problem, we could no longer use this shower the rest of the stay. Vent cover fell off in the same bath. Top drawer of dishwasher is off its rollers, this home needs a good plumber!

We are sorry your stay was inconvenienced. We forwarded your concerns on to the owner and they have taken care of the leaking water problem. The issue was found to be a rusted-out tub. In March of 2010 the owner installed brand new bathtubs and tub surrounds in both bathrooms on the second floor.
