This well furnished third floor Hampton villa is directly oceanfront and offers a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from the living area and bedrooms. A large oceanfront balcony makes this villa "truly" direct oceanfront. The spacious living and dining areas, with direct oceanviews, feature a flat screen TV with DVD, stereo, and wet bar. The kitchen has been updates with stainless appliances. There is an oceanfront Carolina room for additional living space as well.

We had a great time at the Hamptons. My wife and I had a great time this year at this condo. We had our three teenage sons and there was ample room for everyone. This unit has wonderful views of the ocean and the property. A great balcony to relax and enjoy the sunrise.

The layout and views of the ocean from the villa cannot be beat. However, the flooring, kitchen cabinets and sink, as well as the bathrooms appear to be pretty worn. There was loose tile in the master bath flooring. The villa was very expensive, apparently reflecting the gorgeous views. I would recommend this villa if cost wasn't an issue, and incomparable views were a priority. Otherwise, +/- on the interior.

We celebrated a family reunion. Everyone in the group needed some serious rest and relaxation with the opportunity to catch up on each other's lives. We loved the condo (and of course, HHI) so much, we bought groceries and ate in so we could look at the ocean and enjoy the view. The layout is perfect. The large screen tv is perfect. We will want to rent this unit again.

This unit is nice and it has a great view of the ocean. It is however, showing some age and wear & tear. While it was clean, there are many cosmetic things that need to be done. Carpet needs replacing, floors are marked, fixtures are corroded in bathrooms, bedding needs replacing and some furniture need to be updated. The pools were not clean. These things did not ruin our vacation but need attention to continue to get the type of rent charged.

Provides a a panoramic view of the beach and a place in the sun or shade at all times of the day.
Very well furnished with excellent facilities,large screen TV and wide selection of books and jigsaws to satisfy all ages.

This unit has aged since we rented it in 2008. It was not very clean. For a higher end unit, it should be spotless. It is also dated in decor. Will not rent it again although we love the location.

Restorative week. Very peaceful and relaxing. As I said when I checked out, the air-conditioner made an annoying whining noise which was annoying and made sleep difficult in the room next to it. The dishwasher made a grinding noise, again annoying and a bit alarming. The bathroom fixtures are corroded. We stayed here ten years ago and can see that it's deteriorated. Big stain on master carpet. It's still lovely, but needs updating. No TV in twin bedroom is unusual considering the competition. Will only choose this unit again if no other end units are available, but it was still a wonderful vacation.

We had an incredible week! The views were stunning yet peaceful, the weather was mild and warm, the ocean was refreshing. SO glad we were able to go this time of year...truly loved the condo with it's views from every room. We were spoiled being right on the beach. The beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked...stiff and with flat pillows which we got over-but now we know what to ask for if we were to stay somewhere else...above all, though, we truly had a stellar vacation!

Loved the apartment and the amenities. The beach is great, particularly with
young kids. The view from the apartment is amazing. The inside of the
apartment is very nicely furnished and extremely comfortable. Great service
provided by Resort Rentals. Only small thing: for such a nice place, it wasn't as
clean as it could have been. The floors had not really been washed and some of
the kitchen utensils were dirty. Easily remedied, but we shouldn't have had to
do that. Other than that, would highly recommend it. -

Our family keeps returning to this unit because of its proximity to the ocean and the spaciousness of the unit. We watched a lightening storm from the balcony....better than the Fourth of July! We especially enjoyed the addition of the on-site workout facility.

I enjoyed my stay in this unit. It is well decorated, clean and in good condition. The only issue I had was a very bad odor that I believe was caused by mildew in the carpet. My family had a great time and hope to return to Palmetto Dunes next year.
