We have stayed in this condo twice and have loved each stay. The service we received is timely, the condo is very well maintained and the view is wonderful!! The beach is made for walking which we do twice a day, the rental chairs are for reading which we do all afternoon and the patio is made for cocktails which we do before dinner each night. I am not a grocery shopper but I could shop at 'Fresh Market' each day love Hilton head island!!!

This is the second year in a row we have rented this condo and will probably be there again next year. Love the location and Palmetto Dunes. We have been staying in the area for ten years and have never been disappointed. This condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Love the peacefulness and the views. Overall a great stay!

Have rented several condos over the last few years and this property was very attractively appointed; appliances and kitchen were up to date; two complete baths were a plus for his and hers...porch and view were relaxing and utilized each morning and evening...grounds were maintained daily ...adult pool separate from family pool was a plus...no one under 18 allowed and was peaceful and allowed for those who wished to swim laps, etc. Having said that, the elevator was very slow and all floors and properties used this access to parking garage and beach/pool...lengthy waits and in particular, move-in and out dates were horrendous...only 3 carts for all properties and being on an upper floor was a disadvantage in this respect...pools should have been kept cleaner...debris was floating in corners each day...Ugh!

We enjoyed a lovely week in Hilton Head. Although we have been traveling to HHI for the past 30 years, this unit was among the very finest we have experienced. The interior was decorated very nicely and was very comfortable.

My husband and I spent two glorious weeks on Hilton Head Island in a beautiful condo rented by Resort Rentals. The condo was comfortable, the kitchen complete9loved the stainless steel appliances with a great icemaker), the outdoor space adequate and the beach - well, there are no words to express how wonderful it is to walk, sit or nap!!! The only negative was that the dusting in the bedroom was very poor and we never had our mid stay cleaning. Thankfully I had a washer and dryer to use for linens however, this was in our contract. Also the carpet could use a good shampooing and the couch is getting a bit worn. I don't mean to complain but it is important for the owners to know what we actually think about the rental. I am in love with Fresh Food market and Barnacle Bill!!! Francis/Pat Sand

My wife and I celebrated our third wedding anniversary in Hilton Head, SC. This was our seventh trip each to Hilton Head so we were no stranger to the island. We found that our condo exceeded our expectations. We knew it would be good sized but opened the door to find how large it really was. Everything was well updated and taken care of. The balcony had a nice view of the gardens and ocean. The wireless internet was greatly appreciated. What we liked most was the fact that there were two pools, one for everyone and one only for adults. We felt that made or stay much more enjoyable. The close walk to the beach was a bonus as well. If there was anything that was slightly disappointing it was the TV. Although it's a 42" HD, it's a bit of an outdated version. An upgrade would be good as HD TV's are the norm. Other than that, everything was great and we would recommend this condo to anyone.

Bill True, the owner of the condo we stayed in was very good to work with. He was opened for future suggestions. He also worked with us on a price. Condo was very nice, will try to stay in it again. Close to everything we like to do when we go there. Nice balcony to do my reading in the morning.

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, and it was without a doubt one of the cleanest, well-taken care of resorts I had ever rented. It is a perfect location on the beach, with very convenient parking. It was also the perfect vacation atmosphere we were looking for, and I have not found another place like it anywhere. If you are looking for the perfect blend of privacy, safety, and quality amenities, the Hampton is just the place. Also, it is perfect for the family or for couples. I would highly recommend the Hampton to anyone seeking the perfect getaway.

This home is absolutely beautiful, with many upgrades and a gorgeous view of the landscaped lawns, trees and of course, the ocean. We had everything we needed, and loved being able to sit out on the balcony and look at the views. It was just the two of us, so we only needed a one bedroom unit. The unit was decorated with a palm tree theme, so we felt as if we were in the tropics all week long. We will plan another vacation soon!

We had a wonderful time staying at 5401 Hampton. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out at the ocean. We also saw so many of the area's attractions. This unit had a wonderful location and was very well equipped. We would rent this unit again.

We had a great time and loved the Condo. The realtor was easy to deal with and would recommend Hilton Head Rentals to friends and family. We definitely want to return and would like to stay in the same condo again.
