This Huntington villa enjoys peaceful waterway views from the living/dining room and two of the bedrooms as well. A screened porch can be accessed from the dining room, and the kitchen features a breakfast bar open to the living areas. The living area also features a 40" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom located on the main floor has a king bed, TV, and large private bath with walk-in shower and double vanity.

This condo is lovely! The bonus of having a screened in eatin area on the deck was great. We also enjoyed the open deck- the view is very pretty and lots of great wildlife to watch. Great floor plan. We had four children and two adults.

This condo was the cleanest, nicest by far, very well kept up, great location, across the beach with easy access along the boardwalk, very nice pool nearby. Kitchen was well equipped with very good appliances, screened in deck plus an open one as well. Very large inside with lots of room for everyone(five), free internet, beautiful view over the lagoon, quiet despite lots of renters nearby.

We love the location of this unit because it is close to the beach and is on the waterway. The inside is also roomy for a family of 6. We also love the bike paths on the rode in and there is not much vehicle traffic on them.

Have visited HHI and utilized Resort Rentals several times with this vacation probably being the best ever! Rental arrangements for our two week stay went very smoothly and 7642 Huntington in Palmetto Dunes (PD) was great,a beautifully maintained condo with a great layout and lagoon view. The three bedrooms were spacious and perfect for our family group of five adults and the screened-in porch and deck overlooking the lagoon were great for breakfast and just hanging out. Covenience was great - the beach and pool were just a short walk and the Arthur Hills golf practice range right around the corner. Bike rental, golf and tennis were also just minutes away as were both the Marriot and Hilton hotels, which made it easy to grab a morning meal or an evening cocktail whenever we felt the urge! The Robert Trent Jones and Arthur Hills golf courses were very enjoyable and playable for the average player and don't hesitate to use the PD tennis facility even if you're not an expert! We're looking forward to our next visit all ready!

This is a lovely townhome in a nice location in Palmetto Dunes that is within walking distance to beach. This townhome a two-story end unit, so there are neighbors on one side only, and it is right on the lagoon. Breakfast on the screened-in porch overlooking the lagoon is a great way to start the day. The unit is not directly adjacent to the community pool, which is desirable if you are looking for a quiet location, but is still close enough to walk to the pool. The home is very well decorated and has all of the conveniences needed for a great vacation. The furniture is comfortable and in good condition, as are the beds. Overall the home is in excellent condition with high quality furnishings. The Palmetto Dunes area is nice since it is centrally located on Hilton Head Island making it convenient to access both ends of the island. This unit is typically somewhat more expensive than some of the other Huntington units, but it is worth it for sense of quality you feel in the home. I would highly recommend this unit.
